Loving my Snugs - as an active and busy drummer - a great sound, feedback from the kit, interaction, communication and stage movement is key - so having now used my new snugs - the isolation, sound quality, the enhanced, consistent bass and…..with no ‘fear of falling out’ and supreme comfort when using my IEM’s……makes all the difference…… would strongly recommend Snugs - I would say order well in advance of when needed as they do take a fair time to be custom made and delivered however - they are certainly well worth the wait - oh and they look great too…..!!!!

These work great. I got them as earphones that plug into my SENA bluetooth comm on my motorcycle helmet. They're good quality, they stay in my ears and now I can hear through the helmet/wind noise. Perfect! They were over $400 CDN (including the audiologist fee) but worth it.

Absolutely love my Snugs. Really mad at myself for waiting so long to pull the trigger. I okay for our Sunday worship in a drum cage and getting a tight seal was a priority. These worked well beyond my expectations. If you’re on the fence, just do it.

This is my second set of snugs for my AirPods. I had a set for my AirPods Pro 2 and a new set for my AirPod pro3s… the new version is an improvement. The snugs ear hole is larger, the pro 3s lock in place in the snugs better the Pro2’s. All the controls and sensors work including the heart rate sensor. The snugs are comfortable really seal my ear canal.

My new pair of snugs earplugs appear to have improved from the last pair I bought back in 2019. This new pair have a bigger tab on them so you can remove them easier. This prevents damage which was what was happening with the old pair. Snugs have been a god send as when I had severe back problems, they allowed me to sleep day or night by cutting out all the noise, enabling my body to recover. I would never be without them now - they are worth every penny.
My new pair of snugs earplugs appear to have improved from the last pair I bought back in 2019. This new pair have a bigger tab on them so you can remove them easier. Hey, I'm using the Moto plugs and they are fantastic! Fantastic fit. I primarily use them on snowmobiles in North America, and they work perfectly. Comfortable for trail riding all day! And most of all, their customer service is extraordinary! Love them...get a set, you wont be disappointed.

I bought a new motrcycle intercom system from Cardo, I was extremeky disappointed that I couldn't hear the turn by turn navigation instructions - I shouldn't have bothered. Then I bought a pair of in ear Snugs OH MY GOD turn the volume down! - What a wonderous sound even at 70mph without Snugs i'd be lost for ever Thank you for new lease of life!

I'm one of those unfortunate people who just can't get earphones to stay put but I discovered Snugs on the internet read some good reviews and went to have my ear impressions done, a few weeks later had my Snugs delivered, well they're fantastic fit like a glove comfortable enough to wear all day and also improve the sound! I bought a pair of snugs sleeves for my etymotic er4 micropro earphones - they’re an absolute dream! I’ve had other custom moulded IEM’s and found them uncomfortable and difficult to insert and remove, also not maintain a tight fit when moving your head or even talking. I’m an audio professional, I record sound for tv shows in all kinds of places around the world. These aren’t my everyday headphones but live in my sound kit and come out whenever they're needed - either for hearing protection or just better isolation against the outside world. Or just sitting on a plane watching the in flight movies. These are exactly what I have been looking for. Excellent service from Snugs, I told them about problems I’d had with previous custom moulds and they said they would adjust the fit accordingly and would refit if necessary. So far they seem perfect first time. Incredibly comprehensive set of earphones they can make these for, very impressed. Will buy again with filters for use at gigs. Price is very fair also just to add.

These are definitely what I needed for my Harley’s. I’ve got loud exhaust on my bikes and have tried other earplug headphone products but those never worked well (speeds of 50mph+ they were basically useless). Not these though. They work as well at 85-90 mph as they do at 30. I can hear my music at a reasonable level (not blowing my eardrums cranking to max volume) and they block the wind noise really well. I opted for the inserts to give me some sound around me and recommend those too. Overall these do exactly what I wanted them to do, the ordering process wasn’t bad at all, and they were delivered a couple weeks earlier than I expected so that was nice too.

I chose snugs to accommodate my Shure 846 IEM’s. Vey happy with my decision. The fit is excellent and comfortable especially as I’m usually wearing these at the gym…another bonus is I’ve turned the volume down as I have hardly any outside noise coming through.

I love my new snugs earplugs. As I have had reconstructed surgery on one ear, none of the other earplugs would stay in whilst I swim. Once I had learned how to insert them they stay fo long sea swims giving me confidence that no water enters my ears. Thank you snugs!

I bought a pair of Snugs as I suffer from tinnitus and also enjoy going to concerts… Having tried various other types of hearing protection over the years, I can honestly say these are the best ever. Once I’ve managed to get them in (a bit of a struggle with the shape of my ear canals) I am not aware of them - they are comfortable and the attenuation seems even across the audio spectrum. Highly recommend!

Love my snugs!! The folks at snugs were really helpful every step of the way. I was a bit dubious at first having to go off to an audiologist to get the impressions done and then send them off but I received regular updates and a how to fit guide. I’ve suffered for years with my headphones falling out when I go for a run but not now! The fit is great, so snug, and the sound quality so much more improved. The additional noise cancellation also means I can turn down the volume. Just wish I’d gone for my snugs sooner.

I have been attending concerts for years and been trying ear defenders for that period with the end result generally being to remove them. I bought a pair of custom fit snugs and have tried a few times, they are exactly what I have been looking for, they do not totally block out the noise and allow me to still have a conversation without shouting. Also they are very comfortable and can be worn for a few hours period. Have already recommended to colleagues.

I purchased Snugs - Zen to block off my partner snoring. I needed few nights to get used to them. But thanks to their customised shapes, it made a real difference. The gel provided to help the fitting was just perfect. I still have one bottle unopened. And the plastic box being phosphorescent is definitely a nice thought. I am the first one up & being able to see it without switching the lights on is brilliant!

Ever since I got a pair of AirPods Pro 2 for Christmas, my $7000 hearing aids (paid for by insurance) have been sitting in my sock drawer — the AirPods just sound (and function) so much better as hearing aids that it’s worth the hassle of the short battery life. I struggled to get a good fit with Apple’s ear tips, so I tried third-party tips. Foam tips were a significant improvement, and Korean silicone tips were even better. But … they’re disposable with a limited usable life, especially if you’re wearing them all day. I could do the math and figure out that it wouldn’t take all that long to spend as much on disposables as on a pair of Snugs. My Snugs arrived yesterday and they are … mind-blowing. Audio quality is at least as much improved over the disposables as those are over Apple’s stock tips. They’re more comfortable than all the other options. And the noise reduction! My 1955 VW Beetle is as quiet as a desk fan in a library with ANC turned on — but only with the Snugs. And, in a quiet environment, I hear even the slightest rustle with perfect clarity, in a way I’m not sure I could even imagine before. These things will be practically glued to my ears for … well, I suppose, for the rest of my life. b&

I've now got another pair of Moto Protect's for use while riding my motorcycle and I can't recommend them enough! If like me you need to block out loud noise then Snugs are what you need and they give you all day comfort. After over 10 years of service it was time to replace my custom snugs fitted for my Shure in ear monitors. I contacted Snugs who still had my original prescription on file. I received a new pair in the mail in a few weeks. They fit my ears great and fit my Shure IEMs like a bug in a rug. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've bought a few pairs of snugs over the past ten years or so for various IEMs I own, I've seen how much their process and the end results have matured over the years. These particular ones I bought recently are for my Shure KSE 1200 electrostatic IEMS. The cable on these IEMs which wraps around the ear is quite stiff and I found with 'normal' tips, they would generate a fair amount of cable noise as I moved my head, even slightly, which was distracting. I opted to go for the full shell SNUG and haven't been disappointed at all. The engineering involved here is just outstanding. As you can see from the photos, the IEMs themselves fit perfectly into the silicon sleeves, including the precise location of the sound port for the really thin sound tube, amazing stuff. The ear fit is perfect, and that was from some scans they had on file from years ago (when they scanned using the light scanner things) - truly amazing, these guys have perfected their art. Thanks Paul and team, really appreciated.

I've just received my Snugs Pro for my Shure 535's. They fit really nice, I have one ear cavity bigger than the other, so I could never get ear bud tips to fit. I'm a pro bass player and the bass responce using these moulds is immense. I will be recommending these to my fellow musicians and singers. It would be nice to able to send a link to someone and get a credit for referrals to go towards Snug products or Earology treatments? Many companies do this now. A happy customer

I purchased the snugs so I could get a good “hearing test” with my AirPods, now I don’t want to use the AirPods without the snugs. The matching of snugs to the earbuds is fantastic for full functionality and enhanced sound transmission. Great product, service and overall quality experience.

Thrived in my first Triathlon in the pouring rain! I used my custom fit ear plugs with the waterproof 5dB filter to keep water out of my ears during the swim, to reduce the sound of vehicles driving by on wet concrete, and to make mixed, complex sounds more manageable all while still being safe and still able to hear my surrounds! A staple for mixed sports or when waterproofing BUT awareness is required!!

I bought Snugs Pro for my Sennheiser IE600. With my Chord Mojo 2 dac and headphone amplifier, the sound is incredible, but with bass heavy hip hop tracks it can be too much boom. Heard that Snugs could help with this, and it sure did. Bass is controlled and quick, with good punch and definition. What surprised me and blew me away, was the increase of soundstage and separation of instruments that the Snugs brought to the table. So the Snugs fixed the only thing that sometimes bothered me about my setup, and made the enjoyment of music richer and even more hypnotic! Snugs are not cheap, but after hearing what I got in return… They are so worth it!

Zens - guaranteed good nights sleep. I have a pair of zens which I’ve worn every night since they arrived & finally able to sleep well. I’m a light sleeper & often woken by the quietest of noises (or my boyfriend’s snoring!) but when using the zens they block out any noises so I can sleep & undisturbed. They’re easy to take in & out & are super comfortable to sleep in, even with my head against the pillow - I don’t even notice them. My Snugs worked like a dream at Glastonbury. They were comfortable and, as the name suggests, a snug fit, which meant that unlike with standard protectors I have tried I wasn’t constantly fiddling with them to check they were in properly. In fact once in I forgot I was wearing them. Most important of course was the sound quality. They didn’t diminish the sound at all - they just turned the volume down to a comfortable level. And I was still able to chat to my friends without having to take them out. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The replacements are a lot better fit and have better bass response. The performance is now definitely what I would expect from custom sleeves. You can tell a lot about a company when things don't go as planned and Snugs customer service is second to none.

Having attended a presentation at the local IAM branch meet, the ability to have moulds taken during the event was fantastic. No more than about fifteen minutes to have ears checked and moulds taken. The order took just a couple of weeks to arrive, with a durable carry case, all well packaged. The plugs fitted perfectly without any discomfort and the comfort continued whilst wearing of them. Noise was well contained to a suitable level during my ride and conversations with them in reasonable. Yet to try them with the helmet intercom. Extremely happy with the purchase of this product.

It turns out that I have a very narrow canal in my left ear which is why they never stayed in. I have been so reluctant to get custom made earplugs for years as they are expensive when you consider the cost of the plugs plus the cost of the mold casting. However, I wish I’d bought these years ago! My partners snoring is regularly 50db and sometimes can reach nearly 70db. For the first time in years, I can sleep without being disturbed as they fit perfectly, creating a seal that make his snoring so faint it allows me to sleep like a baby. I 100% recommend getting snugs. Wish I’d bought sooner.

Arrived slightly quicker than expected and using happily with Sony WF-SP900 earbuds for swimming. So happy and comfortable that I am now going to order some more for my Apple Earbuds Pro 2 and Bose Quietcomfort 2 earbuds - the bass response is significantly improved by the rubber like fit of the earpieces.

As a singer (rock-based stuff) who has struggled for years with ill-fitting IEM’s, moulded sleeves are game changing. I’m one of many who is between sizes for foam tips - small ones don’t quite seal and have a tendency to fall out once gig movement and sweat start to play a part… and medium tips mean I’m in pain from about halfway through the show and for a few hours after. So I took the plunge to get customs and am so glad I did!! Getting the moulds done is an interesting experience - don’t forget to take a tissue, as sitting there for 10 mins with your mouth open while the “play doh” sets can cause you to dribble like a roadie!! The next day the moulds were in the post and a day later Snugs let me know they had them… fast forward about 3 weeks and I got a note to say they were ready. Next day my new sleeves were received and fitted to my IEM’s (Shure SE215’s), so I headed off to my first gig to try them out. Don’t forget to use the balm supplied FOC (thanks guys) for a smooth, friction-free fit. They fit easily (no more squishing tips, inserting and repeating til you get a fit you’re happy with!), stayed firmly in place for the whole 3-hour show and with no discomfort whatsoever. Love them Thanks Snugs - great service, great comms and great product 😄

I love my snugs! I use them with my current iem system and it works so well for me. Great noise isolation and works super well for the band setting I use them in. The whole process was smooth and easy and great communication from the team! This was my second pair I’ve had from them and I love the colour ways and how quickly they arrived.

I purchased snugs pro for my Sony WF-1000XM5 because I couldn't get a good seal with any tips that were included or aftermarket ones. The process is long but it is certainly worth it. The first pair I received the left ear was fitting a little loose so I emailed customer service and was able to have it adjusted without having to jump through any hoops. I am extremely satisfied with the results and couldn't be happier.

I've used Snugs for over six years now. I use them primarily as an in-ear monitor, as I'm a professional working musician and need ample protection (I'm a loud drummer!). What I really like most is that the in-ear tips are removable, so if the driver fails you can just take the tip off and put them onto a spare pair. This is also far more cost effective overall as you can essentially choose what monitor you're using, the Snugs will fit just as good regardless. I also use their earplugs (white filter, really good and considerably transparent) which work very well. My first pair of Snugs lasted six years (technically... they still work!) and I've only recently upgraded to a brand new pair, both for monitoring and general protection (eg for sound work, where long-term comfort and transparency are essential). The customer service is superb and here's how: when I first ordered my snugs over six years ago, the first two impressions weren't quite right, but the third was the magic fit; they honoured their promise to make sure I was satisfied. More recently, the manufacturer made an error with the engraving I requested. Snugs made sure I got the correct engraving made. I very strongly reccomend them given the quality (and flexibility and cost-effectiveness) of their product/s. And also their excellent customer service which on both occasions made sure I was completely happy with my Snugs.
