Superhuman has decreased my response time to emails, which is a huge plus. With their easy ways to clean up and organize my inbox, I only see the important emails now and am less overwhelmed. I'm a huge fan of keyboard shortcuts on every app I use, so the fact that Superhuman is optimized for keyboard shortcuts is a huge plus. Also love the tips and shortcuts that I can always see, plus the command prompt. It is simply an amazing way of organizing my inbox and being a better, more responsive business owner.

Superhuman makes it easy to sail through emails with keystrokes, not mouseclicks. For keyboard shortcut folks, it's the best way to use email. Outlook and Gmaiil are cluttered with useless buttons, and Superhuman eliminates all of that so you only need what is there. Took 2 minutes to install the app on mobile and desktop and was live in no time. Customer success super responsive, product team is really driven to make this work. I now use it every day. It's easy, fast, and simple.

So many things to count. But using the command center for all things email is amazing! Want to archive something, simply tap on "e". Don't want to answer an email at that moment, tap on H and be reminded later. Using superhuman changed my relationship to email. On another note, the customer support at Super Human is bomb!

Superhuman, once learned, unleashes your ability to stay on top of everything. It's speed and ease-of-use allows you to quickly get things done. Because Superhuman is "fun" and feels like an almost gamification of email, it always stays on your mind and due to this, you're always thinking about email and you never let important items slip through the cracks.

I get through my email significantly faster. Ergonomics are truly thought out - so many little things that take far too much time in other systems, are fast in Superhuman. Calendar integration, reminders, templates, sending later, split inbox, and easily accessing and switching between multiple email accounts. All of these on top of the extremely fast and keyboard-centric user experience make for a delightful tool that I use every day, which saves me at least a couple of hours a week compared to Gmail, of which I was a power-user before.

@rahulvohra @Superhuman Customer service is next level! I emailed about a bug in July and was given a workaround in hours. Four months later, I got a personal email letting me know about the new update that fixes the issue. I've never had a company do that before. 100% recommend.

Having used Superhuman for different emails for over a year with it's slick and fast UI I find that I'm referring it more often. It really makes email management and writing easier and keyboard shortcuts make you feel like a superhero (sometimes). I'm using the cmd+h reminders all the time and also really like foldering stuff for later retrieval. It really changes how you look email.

Setting reminders for emails for a few days or months later, and also using shortcuts for everything. It makes going through emails 10x faster. Also, I got used to shortcuts easily because most are worldwide keyboard shortcuts, and the onboarding helped me understand the additional features quite quickly!

The inbox zero is the most appreciative thing! You can't deal with something right now, just schedule the email to pop up at a better time! Sending email and set reminders if you don't hear anything in the appropriate time! You are set up in a blink of a eye! The support is there to reply in quick manner!

I like how fast it is. The shortcuts and features are very intuitive. The interface is clean. I can easily get overwhelmed with email, but the way Superhuman is set up (especially with the split inboxes) makes it easier to stay on top of what's important and triage the rest.

I don't normally share stuff like this and I don't really care about referrals, BUT I tried out Superhuman for email this weekend and got to Inbox Zero for the first time in ages so quickly. The workflow is pretty specific and you need to lean into shortcuts, but I'm super impressed with this tool. Hoping that it could help some folks who struggle with their inboxes like me!

LOVE the intuitive commands (the reminders specifically are UNREAL) and I love that I can add rules to easily siphon emails off into categories. For example, unsubscribing from an email list or blocking another annoying sender, it's always fast and simple. I've also been using the AI tool, and it's saving so much time. I need to write emails in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and it's been a very good way to speed up the process of writing.

The keyboard driven workflow is a huge plus for me. Just about everything has a hotkey, and if you forget what it is there is a command line like interface. Being able to schedule an email to resurface in my inbox is a huge win for me as well. It reduces the amount of distracting clutter in my inbox and reminds me to followup at a time of my choosing. Superhuman has been a huge improvement to my workflow, I've used it exclusively since day one. Also it took about 10 minutes to get rolling which was great.
The keyboard driven workflow is a huge plus for me. Just about everything has a hotkey, and if you forget what it is there is a command line like interface. Being able to schedule an email to resurface in my inbox is a huge win for me as well. It reduces the amount of distracting clutter in my inbox and reminds me to followup at a time of my choosing. Superhuman has been a huge improvement to my workflow, I've used it exclusively since day one. Also it took about 10 minutes to get rolling which was great.

They email tips and shortcuts everyday to improve your use Suggestion tool bar also provides producitvity tips Hit Control K and type almost anything you want to do (including filing emails into folders without having to use the mouse) If someone mentions a date, it autmatically pulls up the calendar for you to schedule a meeting or call You can build templates for email responses - this saves me a ton of time as referral responses, reuests for data are very repetitive. Now I can hit Control K - snippit and it pulls in the template, auto fills in a name, review and send. Saves 3 minutes per email x at least 10-20 per week. Customer support is great. I did the group intro call as well as a 1v1 session. I have emailed a few times and they respond same-day. To say that I was shocked is a gross understatement. I burst into my boss's office and told him, "holy cow, why did I resist this so long?!" I recently(ish) got a new job and they didn't use Superhuman in their suite. I tried for a few days to use Outlook on its own, but it is so hard to go back to a cart and buggy when you've become accustomed to traveling the roadways in an Aston Martin. It got me organized in under 2 hours (I had 24,000+ emails in my inbox for 12 years) and I continue to learn tips and tricks to make my experience even better. It was easy to implement, and their app for the phone is amazing as well. I have never in my digital life been so organized. I am the biggest fan ever! "There's no going back after Superhuman!" The keyboard shortcuts are amazing, once you learn how to use them. And their system of teaching you how to "triage" your email is awesome. Getting to "inbox zero" is now a daily game I love playing, and I have never felt so on top of my email life. There's no going back from Superhuman.

I love the desktop app and using it in a web browser. The keyboard shortcuts are a game changer and have helped me get to inbox zero on a regular basis. I use it for both my work and personal emails. The interface is beautiful and simple and I love how it gameifies email. One of my favorite parts is the pretty photo you see when get to zero. Not sure if they still do this but loved the 30 minute onboarding where they walk you through the product. They archived 50K of my emails in my personal account and it was such a relief! I wasn't scared to open my email anymore. I use it everyday and multiple times per day.
