Basically, your inbox runs on autopilot once you are all set up and ready to roll. You can easily: Set up Auto Reminders to follow up on important emails Configure Auto Drafts to make replying a breeze (just edit and send) Use Superhuman AI to quickly compose emails in your own voice and tone But if you don't want to get too fancy, it's really easy to just simply draft fast replies with their easy-to-use AI. Alright - I did not expect this to be honest. I've been an avid user of Spark Mail for the past 9 years. Yes. Thats a long time, but no more. I've sworn by Spark and got many of team on it at SimplaDocs as well. But with the recent acquisition of Superhuman by Grammarly I immediately bought a pro-annual subscription for my entire team. I thought I would really miss Spark after having fallen in love with it for so long, but now only 1 week into using Superhuman and Im never going back. Do I reach inbox zero every day? Yes - yes I do. Do I ignore my inbox for days at a time because its too overwhelming? No - not anymore! Superhuman has not made me super. But it sure does calm the chaos of a full inbox every day and thats worth its weight in gold, or silver, or something very very shiny at the very least.

Keyboard shortcuts + intelligent AI-generated responses are the magic combination that makes email finally feel tolerable and significantly lowers the barrier to being highly responsive via email. Just love how Superhuman greets me with a beautiful screen as soon as I hit Inbox Zero. BTW, if you spend hours in your inbox every week to take care of hundreds of emails flowing in every day, just try Superhuman once. It's the fastest email-handling app I have used. For someone who skips 99.99% of every product tour I've ever seen - this team nailed it. Their onboarding was: - Not annoying!!!!!! Can't say this loud enough. The moment I landed in the product I did NOT see a popup. Just a simple email outlining my options 👌🏻 - A pick-my-own path: I could watch a video, explore a getting started guide, or join a webinar. As the user, I GOT TO DECIDE ❤️. There was no, "wE wAnT yOu tO sEe WhAt We ThInK iS iMpOrTaNt" nonsense 2 fundamental components of what good onboarding looks like, and what SO many organizations miss. Well done, Superhuman 👏🏻

Tried the new Notion Mail email software from Notion. Thought it might be able to knock out Superhuman from my stack and save me some money. It can't. Superhuman has two things that made me stay: 1. The best Important/Unimportant filter in the industry. Notion builds off the top of Gmail's one from the looks of it, but it makes you do further customisation yourself. Too much setup friction. Superhuman has it out of the box and has already pre-configured my brain around what I do and don't want to see. 2. Superhuman has next to no bugs. Notion Mail was buggy on its very first outing with me. It looks like Notion will probably be trying to convert Gmail users with this one rather than Superhuman users.

I’ve been using Superhuman for a few years now and it’s hands-down the best email experience I’ve ever had. The reminder system and split inbox features are absolute gold. I use it all day, everyday. On top of that, their customer support and onboarding process are top-notch. The most important feature is being able to set a reminder on an email within seconds of opening it. I can skim it, understand the urgency, and set a follow up for when I have time to deal with it. Alternatively, I can also send an email to someone and set a follow up for when I want to check in to make sure action is being taken. Without superhuman, I was far less effective at getting through my inbox and I would drop high priority emails. With superhuman, I'm regularly hitting inbox zero and am regularly able to follow up on tasks that take people time.
