Superhuman Mail's Wall of Love
I like the split inbox feature and the automated and scheduled follow up features. Using the various keyboard shortcuts is very helpful and time saving. I also find the search feature more powerful than other email platforms I use, which is a blessing!

As someone who is in meetings a lot and always has a crazy inbox, Superhuman has been very helpful for me to cut through the clutter and get to what is important.

I'm super excited about Superhuman Mail due to its impressive speed while handling emails and filtering my inbox, which helps me focus on what's important. It highlights the important emails amidst a lot of noise and uses shortcuts that save me milliseconds, making my workflow more efficient. The initial setup was very easy and simple, which I really appreciated.

The @SuperhumanMail MCP is insanely good.
I love how Superhuman Mail helps me get through a lot of email quickly and navigate efficiently between my personal work account and a support email account. I really appreciate the quickness and efficiency of the automatic inboxes we've set up based on labeling and the keyboard shortcuts. Switching to Superhuman Mail from Gmail was a great decision for efficiency purposes, allowing us to better organize emails in a way that works for us. The initial setup was pretty easy, which was evident when we onboarded an employee a month ago, and it went smoothly.

I like all the hot keys because they help me be much more efficient. Sometimes, I don't even need to read an email, and I can just perform something on it. I also like that you can respond to calendar invites, and it will automatically mark the email as done. I enjoy the snippets functionality and the ability to collaborate with teammates instead of sending emails.

I use Superhuman Mail as my main emailing platform, and I really like it. It's really convenient and cuts out a lot of the noise, automatically handling extra emails like meeting notifications or junk that aren't relevant, which lets me focus more on the important emails without having to delete them myself. I also enjoy being able to put internal notes for awareness to my team. My favorite thing is asking AI to add my availability for meetings, which works great. Superhuman Mail makes everything convenient and easy to use, and I especially like the reminders feature. It helps me stay on top of my tasks by allowing me to remind myself of things the next day. Overall, I enjoy using Superhuman Mail for my everyday emails.

I really appreciate the incredible UX of Superhuman Mail. It feels like we're in 2026, not stuck in the past like with traditional email services such as Gmail. The design helps me go over my inbox much faster and craft emails quickly with AI, which knows my style of writing and can write in my voice. I love that it's blazing fast to create calendar invites, summarizing conversations and auto-adding everyone involved, saving me a lot of speed and time. I particularly like its ease of use and UX, which is very straightforward, both on mobile and desktop. Everything is so fast, from going over my inbox to adding follow-ups and reminders, and the many shortcuts really save me a lot of time. The initial setup was also incredibly easy.

I really like the seamless commands in Superhuman Mail that let me respond and mark something as done easily. Reminders are simple, and I love that I can just type things out. The AI integration is amazing, allowing me to draft emails very quickly or have the AI draft an email based on recent communications seamlessly. I really like how Superhuman Mail integrates with my Google Calendar. When I'm drafting an email and talking about a specific day, I can see my calendar on the right-hand side. Additionally, the initial setup of Superhuman Mail was super easy.

I really appreciate the AI drafting feature in Superhuman Mail. It automatically drafts emails for me, which I can send or edit quickly. This feature saves me loads of time because I don't have to write as much as before. It understands the entire email thread, making my email management much easier. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy, which made the transition from regular Gmail seamless.

Do yourself a favor and try it! I use Superhuman Mail for both personal and business emails. Since the UI is lightning-fast and you can do everything with hotkeys, the speed is incredible, allowing me to get through emails faster than with any other mail client.

Superhuman Mail sets a new minimalist standard for email clients. Even with its clean, simple UX, it still feels remarkably capable—genuinely powerful. I’ve used it on and off over the past few years, and when I signed up again recently, I noticed that new AI functionality had been added. That feature has already saved me a ton of time. I’m one of those people who keeps important information in emails for years, and for the first time, Superhuman Mail’s AI tools let me quickly find and analyze that stored data. That alone makes the product worth using for me. On top of that, it also makes my day-to-day email processing much more efficient. Faster, more efficient email with a great UX—what more could a contemporary professional ask for?

Superhuman Mail helped me get clarity when it comes to my email and productivity. I was hesitant to learn a new tool and the AI associated with it but the Superhuman team offered awesome webinars and support on a varity of topics.

I find Superhuman Mail intuitive and very easy to learn. It effectively removes all the clutter, so I'm only dealing with emails that I need to handle. Once I'm done with them, they disappear, and I don't have to see them anymore. It saves me a lot of time and makes it super easy to use with shortcut keys. Setting it up was also very easy.

started using @SuperhumanMail from today. Genuinely happy with it!
Sharing something highly productive - if you are not using it yet.
try Superhuman Mail email client. 200% you will never go back to using gmail or outlook EVER again. This is probably one of the finest implementations of AI I have seen in any applications. I think in my recent workflows where I try to delegate anything that i can to AI - Comet, SuperHuman, Claude and Codex are the most used.
And it is such a good product, without a trial! so use this to try if you want to.

it took a minute but the @SuperhumanMail AI "Write with AI" feature has gotten really good I probably make 20 intros a day (founder:customer, founder:investor, talent:company, etc). Putting the folks on the to line and generating the intro copy saving me real time touché @rahulvohra

Superhuman Mail One of my favorite new tools. Thank you for providing such an incredible tool!
I’m officially done living in my inbox 👇
As a creator, investor, and new mom, Superhuman Mail by Superhuman is the only AI tool that’s actually given me hours back in my day.
Superhuman Mail handles follow-up and inbox chaos quietly in the background, so I can focus on what actually moves the needle.

Thank you for shipping Booking pages. I’ve been a faithful Superhuman user for almost 2 years but refused to pull the trigger on tools like Calendly. Now I don’t have to.

I have never felt such a sense of relief from reactivating a tool.
After using Superhuman Mail as an employee for years, I finally decided to invest in it for my own business.
It's an email hub that lets me instantly toggle between client inboxes and use quick keys to fly through my emails – all with the goal of hitting inbox zero (SO satisfying). I end up replying faster and actually enjoy going through my inbox.
In no way sponsored (I wish!!), but just wanted to share one of my favorite tools of all time. I do have a referral link for anyone who wants to try a month free, just DM me :)

I've been test driving Superhuman Mail for the last two weeks. My trial is over as of this morning.
I took one look at Gmail, cried, threw up, cried again, threw my laptop at a wall, used my skills to perfectly reassemble my laptop better than it was before, cried, and then sent an email.
I hated it so much that I purchased Superhuman for myself.
What a freakin' awesome software.

The average person receives 3 million words of email every year.
I'm well above average.
According to my Superhuman Mail Re:Cap, I'm in the top 2% of email receivers and top 1% of senders. That's not a flex—it's reality of our business. The volume is relentless.
Running Sage Investment Group means I'm constantly in my inbox. Email isn't just communication for me, it's the central nervous system of the business and my time.
Superhuman changed how I work and I'll tell anyone who will listen.
The speed is obvious: keyboard shortcuts, instant search, split inbox. But the real game-changer? Voice-to-AI drafting.
I can be walking to my car, driving to a site visit, or just standing at my desk—and I'm drafting emails. I speak, AI writes in my voice referencing data it already knows, I send. What used to require me to sit down and type out thoughtful responses now happens in real-time.
It's not about working more. It's about reclaiming time for what actually matters: strategy, relationships, decisions that move the business forward.
If you're drowning in email, you owe it to yourself to try Superhuman. It's not just faster email. It's a completely different way of working.

One of the many unexpected perks of starting my role at Magic Mind has been getting introduced to Superhuman Mail.
Email used to be this constant source of stress for me (my friends and family can vouch for this). I always felt slightly behind and hated facing my inbox head-on. Since switching to Superhuman, that feeling of dread is gone.
I’m now way more responsive, productive, and time efficient. It also helps me quickly prioritize what actually needs my attention vs. what can wait.
One other small aspect that I love is that it celebrates the little wins. When you clear your inbox for the day, you get a moment of recognition. It sounds simple, but that “inbox zero” celebration feels really good, like I accomplished something!
It’s a tool that I never would have used had it not been for Magic Mind that just makes work feel less stressful and more manageable.

Inbox Zero.
I actually love email again.
As an AI builder, I've tried everything out there. Productivity, efficiency, automation, drafting, voice — all of it. Most are marketing. Superhuman Mail actually delivers.
This is my second time trying it and their latest release is phenomenal.
So I'm feeling dangerous today. I welcome all the love, joy, and abundance that finds me.
Send me an email. Let's have a real conversation.

I really like Superhuman Mail because the keyboard shortcuts make processing my emails so much faster, especially when clearing out junk or moving emails from my inbox to done. Also, the calendar integration is very convenient, as I can pull up the calendar while typing an email about availability, saving me from switching between a calendar app and an email app. The AI features are really nice too, as they help me rewrite and edit emails, making them grammatically correct with a pleasant tone. Overall, these features help me save time and keep my workflow smooth.

I really like Superhuman Mail's improved AI, which is actually useful and relevant. The AI feature for searching emails and summarizing them is fantastic for looking stuff up. It's also great for scheduling with team members and finding replies to an email, helping to coordinate schedules with colleagues. It saves clicks and time, which is amazing. I love the inbox zero feature as it helps keep my inbox clear, and since I'm someone who lives in their inbox, it's really valuable.

I love that Superhuman lets me see all the important emails in one area and helps me achieve inbox zero every day. It allows me to reschedule important emails to pop up in a day, two days, or a week, etc. making it easier for me to manage them and follow up on important conversations so nothing gets pushed to the back burner. The VIP section lets me specify domains I always want to see as important. We used Fyxer.ai before switching to Superhuman, and the filtering is leaps and bounds better.

I just had one of those quiet “oh wow” moments with software.
I was replying to an email in Superhuman Mail and asked the AI to draft a response where I offered a call over the next couple of days.
Nothing fancy.
What happened next caught me off guard.
It:
• checked my calendar
• found real availability across two days
• inserted those times into the email
• and showed my calendar alongside the draft so I could sanity-check it before sending
No tab switching.
No double-checking.
No mental load.
And weirdly… it felt nice.
Not “efficient nice”.
Not “10x productivity” nice.
It felt like when someone quietly asks:
“Do you want a cup of tea?”
The kind of warmth you get at your grandma’s house.
Where someone isn’t rushing you, they’re just looking out for you.
Here’s why this matters for leaders:
When software removes cognitive friction like this, it doesn’t just save minutes,
it preserves attention, energy, and judgment.
And that compounds fast.
That’s the thing most people miss about good AI.
The breakthrough isn’t speed.
It’s care.
Software that notices what you need before you ask.
That removes friction you’ve just accepted as normal.
That makes work feel a little more humane.
This is what great AI products are starting to feel like.
Not tools.
Support.
And once you experience it, going back feels… cold.

One tool has completely changed the way I run my brokerage: Superhuman Mail.
Follow-up reminders so no deal or relationship slips through the cracks.
AI that cleans up and sharpens emails in seconds.
Quicker access to calendar availabilities.
Faster responses. Clearer communication. Fewer mistakes.
In a business where speed and follow-through win deals and helps clients.
Time saved = more calls, better client service, and more deals moving forward faster.

I get a lot of email every day across many inboxes. Work, personal, side projects, my kid's teams, church, etc. For a long time I treated inbox management as background noise instead of a system that I can optimize. It's clear this is not going to fix itself, so I have decided on a test for this year.
I recently started using Superhuman Mail and it changed how I think about email entirely. The biggest win isn’t a flashy feature, it’s speed and intention. I love the keyboard-first workflows, quick triage, and clear signals for what actually needs attention versus what just wants it.
The result is fewer inbox checks, faster decisions, and more energy left for real work. My email management stopped being a constant drip of interruption and became a task I complete.
I will continue to look for other small efficiency gains that I can compound. The early signs and are promising that email is one of the highest leverage places to find them.

Email was one of the biggest hurdles in terms of productivity for me this year, as I have so many meetings on top of that + Slack + Whatsapp and what not.
I cleared 7,937 emails with @SuperhumanMail this year so far. It was a life saver for me.

I have always said I love email. I live my life on email and calendars... OK with chat apps and Google Workspace for quick turnarounds, of course. But email wins. Been using @SuperhumanMail for years now and can’t imagine email without it. The best email client. @rahulvohra

If you're not using @superhumanmail you're basically throwing your time into a woodchipper at this point #inboxzero
It might be considered bit of a vanity gimmick, but I still get a quiet rush every time I hit inbox zero on @Superhuman and the background flips to something beautiful like this.

@GergelyOrosz @Superhuman is great
I’ve used @Superhuman daily since 2022. It saves me at least 1 hour per day.
I mentally cannot go back to classic Gmail.

Slept at 5 am – told the team “don’t expect me till 12.”
Still unwillingly woke up at 8 AM... (NO) thanks to Superhuman Mail!
Fun story from last week
I’d worked until 5 AM the night before — the kind of night where you tell your team, “I’m not stepping into the office until noon, don’t expect me.” I crashed instantly.
And then… at 8 AM, I woke up.
Automatically.
No alarm.
No Slack ping.
Just this quiet voice in my head going:
“It’s 8 AM… emails?”
All because Superhuman’s “snooze email until a later day at 8 AM” feature has trained my brain to expect all the important-for-today emails to land exactly at that moment. It’s become such a reliable cue that even after 3 hours of sleep, my mind refused to skip it.
I didn’t actually check anything — I literally woke up, realised what happened, and went right back to sleep.
But it got me thinking.
This is what great products do.
Not the ones with the fanciest AI, or the longest feature list, or the loudest marketing.
The truly great products create new behaviours. They blend into your routines so deeply that they change how you act without you even noticing.
Superhuman did that for me — and honestly, I think that’s the highest bar any product can aim for.

It's honestly the best productivity hack / technology that I currently pay for.
For 72 Days I have lived in Inbox Zero this year. So about once a work week, but I hover pretty close to zero on a daily basis.
It's the 83k emails that typically cause the most time suck without Superhuman Mail. The spam. The cold sales pitch. The calendar invites that clutter up the inbox. The emails that require no action...
And yes, I unsubscribe and block CONSTANTLY.
But, with Superhuman I think I save at least 2-4 hours per week in my inbox.
I haven't seen them do this before, but they're offering two months for free (no free trial available without a referral).
So, if you've been Superhuman curious...Give it a shot.

Most workdays don’t break from chaos.
They dissolve in noise.
Notifications.
Quick replies.
Micro-tasks.
What I realized I needed was to spot the signal - and cut the noise.
Clarity. Focus. Flow.
Open loops were draining my energy.
So I set one simple rule:
If the task takes less than 3 minutes, I close the loop immediately.
Results:
Daily inbox zero
4 weeks uninterrupted
Clearer head. Faster output
Superhuman made it effortless.
P.S. How good does it feel to end the day with an empty inbox and a screen like this?

I recently switched to Superhuman Mail for my email client and it is unreal.
In the past I mostly used Outlook and Gmail, and honestly both of them suck. I get that they’re mass-market products and there are some limits because of that, but it still doesn’t justify the laughably bad text editor in Gmail or the completely broken search functionality in Outlook.
Two weeks ago, when I was editing an email in Gmail and couldn’t copy a text style, I said enough is enough and started searching for a new solution. I looked mainly at Notion Mail, but then I discovered Superhuman, and I’m so grateful that I did. This is a completely different level.
It reminds me a lot of Linear, navigation built around keyboard shortcuts and a very focused UX/UI for the actual task you want to accomplish, which is simply writing an email, without the unnecessary clutter and distractions present in Gmail. The AI, unlike in many other tools, is actually thoughtfully implemented here and improves search and booking meetings by anticipating your next action.
I haven’t had this kind of wow effect since I used Lovable for the first time. If you haven’t checked it out, give it a try. Kudos to Rahul Vohra and the team for for helping me get my inbox into this state.

Really enjoying @Superhuman
It’s very intuitive and genuinely shaves down the amount of time I spend writing emails.

I'm embarrassed to say, but after 20 years of using @gmail, I finally switched to @Superhuman, and I regret not doing it sooner.

+1 for Superhuman!
I've been using it for about a year, and it's made it so much easier to manage across my multiple inboxes (work, school, personal).
Fav feature: Superhuman does a great job labeling "pitch" and "marketing" emails that come in, so I can quickly scroll through to find what's important and not get buried in a thousand vendor sales emails.

Shoutout to the BEST email app ever created, Superhuman. They keep innovating and improving upon an already best-in-class product.
I recently gave them some feedback that when sharing meeting availability over email, it would helpful to be able to change the timezone to match whoever you're inviting.
They listened and added that functionality...and then sent me an email letting me know it was now available.

Superhuman is a game-changer to manage your emails. It saves me so much time. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Reaching inbox zero and knowing that I will never forget anything is priceless. At first, I thought the monthly price was too expensive, but I tried it and haven't looked back since!

I’ve been using Superhuman with my team for about 3 months. Then something happened today. . .
It caught that I wrote “see attached PDF”… with no attachment.
📛 Before: send → realize → “oops—here’s the file.”
💫 After (with Superhuman): “Looks like you meant to attach a file.” Stop. Attach. Send.
Tiny details like this… are the chef’s kiss to my email soufflé.

Amazing Superhuman. I was able to optimize email noise in 20 minutes and near zero effort. I applaud the onboarding workflow that seamlessly introduces a new language and methodology for email management. Exceptional user experience. 💪 💪 👏 👏 🤩 🤩

I was losing hours every week with my emails, until I found this app that some of the best startup founders were using.
I’ve been using Superhuman since 2021, long before the ChatGPT revolution made “AI productivity” the buzzword it is today.
Back then, it was already a game-changer, helping me fix my focus and declutter my inbox.
Fast forward to today, and the product has evolved with even more AI superpowers built in.
If you’re still juggling important emails across Primary, Promotions, Updates, and Socials, you’re spending way more time than you need to.
Superhuman has easily saved me hours every week, and honestly, it feels like giving my email a second brain.

I’ve kept Inbox Zero for 1,300+ days, with a 33-week current streak and a 156-week max streak. Not because I love email, but because I refuse to let it run my day. 🚶➡️enter Superhuman...
Why I rate Superhuman
⚡ Speed - command palette + shortcuts = you move faster than your thoughts.
💤 Snooze, follow-up, reminders - future-date the things you don’t need now.
🔕 Focus — split inbox and VIPs to protect attention.
🧠 Quality replies — snippets and ai drafts that help without sounding robotic.

I used to hate email.
Now I wish it were my only channel of communication.
I’ve been a Superhuman power user for 3 years, and it’s completely changed how I work.
I went from email exhaustion to actually hoping people email me.
I truly believe that to provide the ultimate service to clients, you need two things:
-> the right people
-> the right tools
That’s why I prioritize both.
The screenshot below shows one of the reasons I’m posting this today and a glimpse into the advantages.

it brings me an irrational level of joy when I discover a new hotkey in @Superhuman
like discovering the cheat code in The Sims that gives you free $
yesterdays hotkey was ⌘ + shift + i to move sender email address to BCC for intro emails
I do this like 20x / day. Gold

Of all the email products, I keep going back to @Superhuman. You can feel the care that went into crafting this product.
Superhuman helps me get through my email smoothly and efficiently, ie it saves me time! I though the keyboard shortcuts would be difficult to learn but they are so easy and really help with speed of getting through inbox.
