Wall of Love for TTW

How TTW has helped me is that it lets me study each book in the Bible at my pace and which books I want to start with. Listening to each speaker at night help me to unwind and sleep without nightmares. Many night I cannot sleep and I put in my earbuds and just listen. My prayer is that I retain what I hear in my heart and within my mind. The TTW specific plan that has touched me is Revelations. I understand what it says by listening to Chris explaining the mysteries of each verse. I share with friends and family, because the TTW speaker gives a deeper understanding of what it was like at the time the Bible was written. And this give me understanding of what sharing the Gospel is really about.

First I would like to say THANK YOU! I have always had a hard time keeping my mind from wondering while reading anything. Its just hard to stay focused. Chris this is a game changer for me! Taking one chapter at a time, unraveling the thoughts and meanings within it, with you and the other amazing teachers has allowed me to have a deeper understanding and appreciation for God's Word. I find myself not only following in the app, but Ido it with an open Bible, highlighting and making notes for things to remember. I'm looking forward to the new "together" feature. Cant wait to start the studies, to dig deeper and share in fellowship. Thank you for helping me to stay focused on the Word. God bless you and your ministry 💕🥹💕 Terry

Shared the "Peace" study with 7 of my "Glorious Sisters". We know the Lord is coming back soon! But, in the meantime, we rest in peace in His sovereignty, power and love.

TTW has helped me in my understanding of the Bible. All the pastors are very good at explaining the verses in each chapter that speak to them at an high level. We have used TTW in our share group Bible Study which has helped all of us to better understand our studies. Thank you very much for sharing this awesome ministry with us. May God bless all of you.

I am a missionary in Africa and often found Revelation perplexing. How can I teach it if it does not make sense to me personally? I found this study of Kris Langham on YouVersion, and soon looked for and found the TTW app. I love the way the app is put together! The Bible teaching is what keeps me hooked through. Your Revelation teaching was not a milk diet! I found it deep and profound; the teaching making sense and giving me much to think (and talk!) about. I listened to the chapter readings and teaching several times, making notes. For the first time, Revelation makes sense to me!! I am deeply thankful for your teaching and for making it available in such an easy-to-use way. I have since shared and invited many others to TTW. Keep up die good work! God bless you.

God’s perfect timing. The teaching in Zephaniah 3 talked about news of Israel’s destruction coming like a family being told treatment failed. It is time for hospice and funeral planning. I made the decision for my mother to enter hospice on Monday, called the funeral home Tuesday, and heard the teaching Wednesday morning. God’s perfect timing.

Hello. The entire app has been such a blessing to me from the very first moment I downloaded it. I loved the way God’s Word is broken down and it brings new insight to a passage. It has blessed me so much.

It seems like I just started TTW. It’s given me so much insight. I’ve shared the app with all of my children! Thank you for letting God use you❤️

TTW has changed the way I read the Bible! I love this app. The teaching is ABA! I am in Journey 2 now and I am also doing Colossians. I am starting to truly understand GOD'S Grace. I am so thankful to Kris and all the teachers on this app. Thank you Jesus!

I love how the Journeys are structured. It is so important to understand how the Old & New Testaments are woven together to lead us to Jesus.

I started listening to TTW about 5 or 6 years ago and I remember that I was inspired by Kris. His love for our Lord and Savior, love for his wife and children and his love for his fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. I couldn’t wait to share this with my husband. I also enjoy listening to Johnathan, Payton and the ladies on all the recordings that I have listened to thus far. (Some have come and gone) TTW has deepened my walk with Jesus and continues to do so. I share TTW with friends, family, strangers in the airport, my Bible study group and whoever else I can. Thank you all for all you do to expand Gods kingdom.

I accepted Jesus Christ as a young child but was not brought up in a church. However, my dad did teach me how to pray and build my belief. I went to a Christian high school and, after that, felt the need to have a church family. Unfortunately, I felt like I knew all of the basics, but I did not feel like I was a mature Christian in my mid to late 30s. Through The Word has given me the ability to truly study the Bible daily, and through journey one, I was able to see in Colossians how false teaching can affect so many people and the importance of truly understanding the holy Bible and teaching it to the best of our ability for me this was important because many of my loved ones have been faced with false teaching. I have taught in a Christian school and lead children's church weekly, so this, to me, was very important. I have already shared Through The Word with many people, and I am looking forward to praying about a group study and getting that put together. Thank you for this opportunity to learn and grow in God's Word.

In my morning devotions I am working through the New Testament right now. I am in Galatians, so I listen to the devotional regarding each chapter then I also go to the blue letter Bible and listen to J. Vernon McGee go through that chapter. Through The Word has been a huge blessing to me! (Picture is of my quiet time companions!🥰)

I'm a retired pastor. I never stopped my daily reading of God's Word from Genesis to Revelation, sometimes going through the whole Bible twice a year. I am now listening to TTW, not only enjoying the Scriptures but also the concise exposition from different Bible teachers. My wife and I are so blessed by TTW that we decided to support it monthly even in a small way, as well as introduce it to others.

Love your app. I really appreciate the daily format. Love the biblical lessons and then reading along with the guy with the awesome accent. The lessons are easily shared with people I meet throughout the day. Thank you.

Every time I read the Bible on the YouVersion app, I follow up with the Through the Word (TTW) app. I love how the TTW preachers bring to life the scripture. They often help me understand what I'm reading. I've been a follower of Jesus Christ for a number of years, but it's just been about three years since I started reading the Bible on a daily basis. TTW has really helped in my journey to be a better Christ follower. I encourage everybody to read the Bible daily. It will change your life.

Absolutely love this resource. I’ve been a Christian for over 15 years and have found it so insightful yet simple and accessible. After being introduced to it, I now help run a Bible study using this guide to help other young adults navigate through the book of James. We now like to tell each to “grow up” ;) thank you for putting the time, effort, thoughtfulness, and prayer into making it. Praying for you all. God bless.

I first found Through the Word on YouVerson. I can't get enough. This is my second time listening all the way through the Bible using this app. I also like the different options Life changing each time. I've been a user/listener for 4 yrs nows

I have been reading the Bible for a long time, but never have I experienced the Bible in this kind of way! Since I downloaded and signed into the app, I have not only opened it up to read and understand the Word of God, but I have been excited to do so every single morning! I love God's Word! In only a few days, this app has given me a much more creative, exciting, and even fun new way of enjoying the Living Word of God. It feels really great to be excited about God's Word!

I love this app. It has brought me closer to Jesus. I have had a spiritual awakening experience with the book of Revelations because of this app. Two thumbs up!

I have enjoyed using Through the Word since finding a Revelation study by Kris Langham on the Bible App. I would highly recommend these studies!

I can’t say enough positive things about this app. It makes it so convenient to study the Word despite having a busy schedule.

I just finished 1 Peter with TeDese Ross and will be starting 2 Peter with him tomorrow. I love his passion for the Word and his ability to communicate understanding to the listener. I just wanted to share since this is the first time I’ve had the opportunity to study the Word with him. Thank you TTW for your ministry.

Thank you for the great teaching and production of these audio devotionals! Thank you for putting them on your website! With this update I am able to guide my students online with meaningful, chapter-by-chapter study that honors the essence of the salvation message. For myself, I have enjoyed the New Testament one year reading plan! I will finish early since I have been able to skip the ‘rest’ day every 7 days and delve into the next chapter. I wonder if you will bring us the Old Testament reading plan for next year? If you are considering this, please consider bringing it chronologically. One of the hardest things for me has been to wade through how both the major and minor prophets are explained in the books of history. Also, the same events in 1 Samuel are retold in 1 Kings or 1 Chronicles. If I read a book through, it seems like I’m either reading it again or trying to figure out what happened first. I feel like I’m missing the point that God was able to make to the people living in that time. But, again, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR MINISTRY!!! Although I have not yet given, it is on my radar to do so! Deb

I think this is an amazing app. Although I have read most of the Bible, but there is much I don't understand. I must say, though, each time I read a chapter again, the Holy Spirit gives me more understanding. But this app is like having a personal tutor. In addition, I have a hard time deciding each day which part of the Bible I want to read. So I end up jumping around getting only bits amd pieces of it all. I love having a plan to follow. Thanks for this! God is good!

I have been a Christian for many years. I have read the Bible many times. But I absolutely love this app and going through the word with these people. I love the historical and cultural knowledge they bring to the table. I learn something new every day. It’s awesome! So thankful Kris and company obeyed the Lord in this incredible undertaking.

I have only been through the introduction, but... WOW! I am blown away and so excited to share this tomorrow with my Sunday school class and friends! I love the different versions and different readers too. I think this is going to be the perfect App to keep me in the wired every day! I want to start Journey 1 and invite a couple friends who have just started reading their Bibles. I also want to start Journey18 with another friend. Thank you so much and God Bless You for your mission. ❤️

The hard work and dedication that was put into creating this app is apparent the moment you start using it. I love the explanation with each daily passage. Highly recommend!

This an excellent app. It teaches, encourages, guides and blesses the heart all about God’s word. I love all of the teachers and I haven't read a plan yet I didn't like. I use this app every day. Thank you through the word for being there every day filling me with God’s truth his precious word. I love Sandi Adams. Going through Isaiah has been absolutely amazing. He can make you laugh and pierce your heart at the same time.

Thanks to TTW I’ve adopted a fairly consistent Bible reading habit over the past two years. It’s water for my soul. Thank you for all the work and effort that goes into this. Each teacher is amazing in his own way. It’s a privilege to learn from you. May God continue to bless your ministry and mission.

I so much enjoy this Bible app. I love that there is context and teaching about the scripture before it’s read. It’s literally like having Bible study every day.

A really great app. The interface and the design is top notch and if the downloading problems are resolved then It would only be proper for me to give it my 100% support

I LOVE through the Word. It had been such an amazing tool to buddy up with my bible study time! It is such a convenient, accessible way to go a little deeper with my reading and it has genuinely helped me be getting consistently into the word with its quick and truth filled guides! I highly recommend!!!

I have been a Christian for about 47 years, give or take a couple of months. As a young Christian, hearing that someone had been a Christian for 40 plus years immediately I thought they must be a giant in the faith and what possibly could someone with that many years under their belt learn any thing new. Well, “I are one of those guys now”. and I am pleased to report that every day I am in the word God blesses me, challenges me, grows me, disciples me and motivates me to share truth “His truth, the only truth”. “Through The Word” has played an enormous role my growth and gaining a clearer understanding of his Word and how it applies to me. All your teachers are a 10 out of a 10. What has been really exciting is how your teachers have helped me understand the Old Testament. I have heard it said that Jesus is on every page of the Old Testament. Well, I don’t know about that but I do get the relationship between the Old Testament and the prophecy of the coming Messiah. The Holy Spirit is actively growing me every week and because of you faithful obedience and listening to the prompting of the Holy Spirit to start and persistently stay the the course in this ministry, I am joyfully staying the course. I am using Nicky Gumble's Through The Bible in a Year APP and while he does a terrific job sharing applicable principles and thoughts, when in the Old Testament I often go to TTW for clarity and a better understanding of what the Lord is teaching in the books of the Old Testament. May our Lord continue to bless the work you are doing and cover you and your families with His protection.

I found this platform in the Youversion app and to God Be The Glooooory, I am happy about it. This is hands down the best app I have encountered to help me understand the Bible. I recommend it to anyone who wants to Know God and Jesus and start getting their life on track.

My only question is how come I’m just discovering this TREASURE! I can’t believe I now look forward to reading the Bible without missing a day! This app is incredible, I found out about it though the Bible app I am using and I decided to download, o can say this App is the best thing since I gave my life to Christ. Thanks so much Pastor Chris and members of TTW

My church started a reading plan this year and we just finished 1 Corinthians yesterday. It was an amazing experience with Chase. Thank you. TTW is my “go to” resource outside of my Bible. All of your teachers have helped me grow in my love for our Lord and Savior.

Hello TTW crew, I just wanted to let you know... We’ve done it!!!!! Today (Oct 20, 2023) we officially completed 1,288 days straight going through each chapter of each book of the Bible. I've shared our "Bible With The Guys" story with you before, but here's a recap: A few weeks into Covid lockdowns, I knew I needed to find a new way to connect with the men of our church and do life together. So on April 10, 2020, I stumbled across “Through The Word” in my YouVersion plans and jumped into Ephesians with a small group of guys (most of whom are still a part and going strong). Many more have joined us along the way, and we have truly become a band of brothers. We’ve seen miraculous answers to prayer, brotherly support, laughter and encouragement. In fact, we love TTW so much that we all decided to go for round 2! (Thanks for updating with fresh content as well - that will make it even better.) Our group is about more than daily Bible reading (although that accountability ensured I didn’t miss a single day - I’ve never read my Bible this much in my life)… we have become a band of brothers who rally daily around God's Word (and TTW's fantastic commentaries) and are committed to playing the “long game” of following Jesus as we do life together. Thank you, to all of you, for giving us this rally point. You have been an anchor for us.

Hi guys, doing Journey 3, loving the whole concept, and greatly enjoy Kris' analysis, dry humour and critical debunking of the Scriptures, excellent presentation and spiritually informative discourses, keep up the great work! May God continue to bless your ministry!

This app has revolutionized my Bible reading (listening) and most of all my relationship with Jesus The Word!! I have fallen in love with the Word all over again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the eternal seed you have planted in mine and my families lives that you already know does not return void!! I have been able to understand parts of the Bible that for 40 years were just words I struggled to get through in my Bible reading. Priceless! Life-changing! It has helped me explain the Bible to others as well!!

I have recommended this app to so many friends. I have read the entire Bible through this app and I’m starting over again. I don’t think I would’ve ever read the Bible as much without it. Thanks to Kris Langham and the whole team!

Through the Word has touched my life. It helped me to see God in a way I never did before. I always look forward to my devotionals in the morning, with through the word. I love how simply and beautifully God's truth is depicted. Thank you, Through the Word. This is God's work!

Through the word has open my eyes to more of the word than I can explain. It’s teaching me more about what God has intended for me and for all of us and I get to know and understand it more now that I have through the word and I’ve gone through the Bible at least one time already because of it, I never did that before and I’m on my second time around each of the New Testament as well as the Old Testament. I had a highly recommend is for everyone.

Having walked and been carried by God for 35 years, I would mouth the words Jesus loves me. The explanation in TTW has spoken to my soul. It is now clear to me how much God loves me and all of His creations.

Thank you to Peyton Jones for the journey through Acts. We don't know the route of our personal journey yet but we have learnt more about the Holy Spirit's ways of leading.

The prophetic books have always been beyond my comprehension. Reading through Daniel with TTW gave me a new understanding. Even though we don't know the future, God does. He is always with us and always has been.

Through The Word has brought so much enjoyment to digging into God’s Word. The understanding that is brought with the history and cultures makes the stories and books of the Bible come to life that much more!

Hi I am Jemimah from Nigeria, TTW has help me know and understand Gods word better and better everyday. It is a daily guide to my spiritual life helping me become a new creation in Christ. I can testify that I understand the Bible on a whole new level and i never taught I will be able to finish my bible but now I am eager to use the audio guide again and again. Thank you TTW Ministry God bless you

I have loved going through the Bible chapter by chapter. As we go through these trying days of 2023 I decided I needed to learn more of what the prophets said in the Old Testament. It ended up that I started Isaiah in early September of 2023. In the middle of this book Israel was brutally attacked by Hamas on October 7, 2023. The words of Isaiah became so real and relevant at that exact moment. Everything God said about how He would birth her again, bring her back, defend her, comfort her…all those words were exactly what I needed to see and remember. It reminds me that God’s word is alive and active always and forever.

I recently had the opportunity to listen to the audio version of Philippians 1-4 from the Bible, and it was a profoundly inspiring experience. The teachings and wisdom contained in these chapters have provided me with valuable insights into faith, perseverance, and the importance of rejoicing in all circumstances. I highly recommend these verses to anyone seeking spiritual guidance and encouragement. It’s a source of strength and hope that has enriched my life.

I love the way Peyton delivers the message with expression. Other bible apps are so monotone. The way it is presented makes it easier to understand

It helps me deeply I’ve been listening for two years now and it anchors my soul to the Bible. I can’t thank you enough that it helps me to understand the scriptures with a view to our lives.

The book of Matthew has shown me how to live my life. More like Jesus. It showed me how to love more like Jesus. How to push my own wants and needs to the side to help others. It showed me how to live more selflessly.

I just completed Isaiah with Sandy Adam’s. I shared it with the 10 others in our bible study. Everyone appreciated his explanations to the scriptures. We all learned so much from him. I plan to study Isaiah once a year now. God’s promises never fail.

I got connected to this app through the Holy Bible App. I read a studying on Ecclesiastes and LOVED the Pastor and his humor and his teachings. Once I downloaded THIS APP, I found my new landing spot! Kris Langham is a gifted teacher and I’m excited to meet the other personalities as we walk Through The Word, together!!! Free for my wallet and PRICELESS for my soul!❤️

My husband, Keith, and I start each and every day doing TTW Bible studies together and have for several years now. Doing this together is a priority and has become a very special faith growing shared activity daily. Thanks to all the TTW employees and volunteers. You will probably have no idea how many people’s lives you have impacted and how God’s Kingdom has grown through your work and dedication. Thank you to each and every one of you!!!

I discovered THROUGH THE WORD (TWT) App on You version bible app, I started with the book of Revelation, curiousity got me to study the book of Revelations, I wanted to understand the End Times by myself through a guide and by the help of the Holy Spirit. The presenter at the end of each chapter would always say something about the app and website that was how I knew there was an actual app outside you version that I can go to get more. Every Year, my new year resolution is always to read the Bible in one year, I will join a reading plan that gives like 8 chapters to study in a day, by the end of week two I always end up giving up (personally reading 8 chapters per day is skimming or reading Bible and not studying it) I downloaded TTW, and I studied two chapters per day and to the glory to God and for the first time in history I studied the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. I’ve never been so enlightened! Since then I have had clarity on the word of God, for so long I had depended on what the pastor preached on Sunday but now I understand many popular chapters that has been taken out of context better, I’ve learnt the importance of content and context, also the importance of reading the whole chapter and not just picking a verse without knowing what preceded or what followed afterwards. Big shout out to Pastor Kris and to all the Pastors that I have been blessed to listen to on the App, the cast, crew and everyone else in the ministry. You also never guilt trip me to give, every time I have given it my widow’s mite, i have done so willingly . I introduced my sister, my friend and my boss to the App as well, we are all grateful for you. Thank you so much for reading.

I was 70 years old. I had been married for 31 years and was looking forward to spending my whole life with my wife. Then on, Jan. 20th 2017 she left for Bible Study and never came back. I was heartbroken, but soon after the breakup I found Through the Word and it has been my constant companion through the years. I am on my second trip through God’s Word. GOD IS A GREAT CONFORTER and so is “Through the Word”!! Pictures of my Son and Grandson. When we lose someone GOD always reminds us of the people that still loves us!

I have been in a really dark season for months and each day I take Sandy and the Psalms with me to get through the day. When everything else fails, the Word lives faithfully. I am grateful to have TTW.

I stumble across TTW in the Bible studies found in the YouVersion Bible App. Signed up for the book of Mark study. It was Fantastic. I listened, I read, and I wrote in my journal what I was learning. Then I downloaded the TTW App after I completed the Study. I have shared the App with friends. We now Study together a 1000 miles apart. She in Illinois and I in Texas. Texting and calling each other to discuss what we studied and how will we apply to our lives. We currently doing the New Testament in a Year plan. I would recommend this App to anyone, seasoned teacher or just someone wanting to study. It brings a fresh look at Gods word right to my finger tips. Thank You TTW Team. Lori

This IS one of the best things since sliced bread. Praise God for these teachers and this app it is revolutionizing Bible reading.

Thank you team TTW for doing such an awesome job sharing God’s word. I have poor hearing and even with my hearing aids, I sometimes have to rewind and listen over some parts. My only suggestion is that It would be awesome if there was a transcript of each teacher’s message to read along with each lesson. Keep up the wonderful work you are doing. God Bless you and your team.

I teach workshops on how to study the Bible and I use this app as part of my teaching. I love to give people a taste of this useful and solid resource. I also share it in every Bible study group I lead. I see people learning and growing with the help of this app. Young or old, new believer or seasoned Christian, you will also grow with the help of this app. Highly recommend!

I first fell love with a Through the Word plans on the Bible app. When I found the actual Through the Word app, I was so excited. This app and the Bible app has truly been a blessing to me and my walk with God.

This app is a blessing I listen everday I have enjoyed listing to the different teachers and I like how they explain things in a way you understand

The app is a blessing. I get lost when I'm reading so this has been very helpful for me. I understand more and actually been interested and wanting to know more. Praise the Lord!

I’ve been listening for about 10 years, and it’s hard to pick a favorite, i too love it all! The B sides are especially helpful. I remember being intimidated to read Isaiah and Revelation- the guides were so helpful in helping me navigate these books! Keep up the outstanding work!

You have truly brought the bible to life. Please don't over complicate the app. When I looked at others I got overwhelmed... keep it simple... looking forward to your next update

This app is a blessing I listen everday I have enjoyed listing to the different teachers and I like how they explain things in a way you understand

Love it!....Through the word provides that live teacher moment answering those questions that always come up in your head when your reading the bible

In reading the OT books about Israel and the founding patriarchs of that nation; I can see just where I was and how the grace and mercy of the Lord God Almighty has brought me to His saving grace in love and amazing peace thru His Son, Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer. TTW has been an instrumental part of my daily Bible study. It helps me gain a deeper depth of God's word for my life. I share this app with so many people to encourage them to have more understanding or to spend more time in the word. I so appreciate what you and your team have created with TTW and may God continue to use this app to reach, teach and touch the lives of all people!! It has certainly changed mine!! With love and gratitude 🙏✝️🕊️💞

Through The Word app has helped me understand scripture better through the narrative way of breaking down the scripture into the time frame and area of where it was written and who it was written too. I’m truly enjoying it.
