Wall of Love for TTW

I don't have words to describe how much I love this app, I learned, I laugh and I cried, feeling the joy of spending time with God Through The Word His Word. Thank you for creating this content. God Bless you!

Absolutely amazing! I've been looking for a way to read the bible properly. This app not only makes it more enjoyable, it gives you context and explanations which is extremely important.

First just want to shout out a huge thank you to everyone who works hard on this app. I have been so blessed to be able to listen and learn God's wisdom and knowledge of the holy scriptures. Getting to know my heavenly Father has been such a blessing and a changed my life. I listen while cleaning, cooking, or driving. I'm a busy mother and wife. Well I'm a widow now. But when my husband was a live if listen to TTW driving to the hospital or doctors appointments with his or whatever it was we were doing. Sitting at the hospital I'd have my headphones on listening. My husband would listen a little. But not always. I believe my husband got saved before he passed. He asked me too read the Bible to him all the time. And he said the sinners prayer two weeks before he passed. I've prayed and the holy Spirit has told me he is home. So I truly believe that God used me to help bring him to his salvation. And your app has helped me grow my faith and knowledge in the word. I thank you all so very much. When my finances are better I can't wait to donate to use as well. I pray blessings and provision for your App so you can continue to bless other people. Sincerely Charissa Davis 💕

I appreciated that Peyton Jones found an application for each of these chapters. Made the journey through the book much more meaningful.

TTW has been of immense help because it well explains the scriptures for me. It makes studying easier by the help of The Holy Spirit. I use the App to study the books of the Holy Bible. And I've actually recommended it to some friends who wanted to also study the Word. God bless you for this initiative.

Going through the psalms helps me in my devotional time of prayer as I reflect on the themes and messages they underline. I also learnt the background stories of most of them. A time of reflection of my own life during my time of prayer. A big thank you to TTW.

TTW has been a blessing to me. Since a friend introduced the app to me, my understanding of the bible has been greatly enhanced. The Journey I just finished which included the books of Daniel and Romans brought fresh insights from these two books. Thank you Pastor Kris Langham.

TTW has helped with see a depth in the word of God, I love how I can always see Jesus Christ in each chapter.... The book of Ruth and Hebrews

TTW has been a life changing experience for me. It has made the Bible come alive. My wife and I have a grandson that we adopted. We have had him since his birth. The Lord really blessed us with this terrific young man. He is 14 years old now. We have, over the past year and a half, been discipling 5 to 7 of his friends. Each Monday night we invite them over for a meal and then Bible study. We have used TTW as a tool to prepare our Bible studies each week. The Lord has blessed this group in such an amazing way. We have led 5 of the young men to Christ. I have had the privilege of baptizing these guys. We just pray that Jesus will continue to lead other young men to Christ as we continue to use TTW to prepare our studies. Thank you so much for what you have done in creating TTW. Our prayers are with you. Shalom

I so appreciate this app. There have been many times where I’ve read the Bible and not understood certain chapters or verses. This is so helpful to give me further understanding. Very thankful!!

This was a powerful experience for my son & me. We learned how this Book connects with history in the past & the history that will take place in the future. Powerful ending. 🙏🙏🙏

I want to thank you for this ministry. As a mom for the past 20 plus years, I wanted to find a plan that I would be able to follow at my pace and not feel guilty for getting behind. I have now completed Journey 3 and am still motivated to keep on going! I start with prayer and reading on my own and then listen to Pastor Chris. Nice thing is that he's always in a good mood, which is uplifting with motherhood reality haha!

My first experience with TTW was Revelation explained. I immediately fell in love with the unique presentation. I respect that Chris does not claim to have all the answers and encourages us to dig in further. I look forward to this study with my first cup of coffee each morning. Looking forward to journey 4. Thank you .

I love how the history is applied with the scriptures. It helps understand what was going on at the time and why that certain things was said.

I came across this through the Bible app. Just completed the intro, and I'm hooked. It's absolutely amazing. I'm excited to jump in and learn. To add, I've never seen an app so well put together. The time that it must have taken to do it so we'll must have taken a long time. Well done!

My daughter has been using your app for a while and is so blessed by it! She shares things from her use of your app and it is a blessing! I am a pastor and because of my daughter's sharing and the soundness I have heard through those sharings, I have actually recommended that to an individual or individuals in my church. Thank you!!! Blessings on your continued sharing of the truth of God's Word!!!!

Every day, I’m amazed what I learned as I worked my way through the minor profits thank you for this app and the support it gives me during my Bible studies.

I have learnt a lot and now have a better understanding of Mark. I feel more encouraged to read and understand the bible daily. 🙏

I love this app. It really breaks the meaning of the scriptures down for you and the stories come to life. I am a reader but your app is such a blessing and a breath of fresh air that I can't wait to hear my next lesson 😊. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. May God bless your ministry over and over in every way. Thank you 🙏

• How has TTW helped you? I have a more intermittent relationship with God and I know he is watching and guiding me. • How has a specific TTW plan touched your life? Walking in faith is not easy, you can some time fall shout but you always realize that God is not going to forget you. He is a merciful God who forgives you when you mess up. He is always by your side; all you have to do is call on Him. When He knock, open the door and let Him in. • How do you share TTW with friends? I always share with friend when we speak about what bible app or devotion we’re studying.

I just finished Exodus. I had read the book before, but never understood the underlying principles of the book until now. This study has brought together the theme of God’s love and mercy that will enhance my future study and worship.

I met youversion & used it. Loved it. Was shared among church members. Eventually had troubles bcz of settings. Then one day a lady at church drove me home (have issues with walking). She told me about ttw, she loved it more than youversion. Same thing happen for church members. Funny ebough-- the same church members. We now take turns making various suggestions for what to use according to what we want to share. Best part, we ALL love them both! For personal reading/devotions. One had a loss of family member, one had cancer ( in remission), I had 2 strokes & find retaining, walking & remembering difficut. We are a very small church & so, this helps each of us. I have had back sling, another scare of cancer re-emerging. TTW has helped & continues to help on so many levels for each of us. ALL Thanks to youversion & TTW. May GOD continue to Bless everyone in even greater ways which is beyond your imagination. Since Ai is emerging, furtures look bleak. So much left to be done. Our world is NOT close enough to be ready for so many changes. Sooo many souls!! Please continue & know you are helping. Thank you very, very much. Kathie

I started working the opening shift at The Home Depot and am in my early seventies after retirement from the aerospace industry. Definitely a contrast in interactions with people. Each morning I arrive early and listen in my car to TTW before entering the building. This starts the day by fueling my spirit with Christ’s teachings. Truly inspiring!

I am encouraged and built up in my faith by sitting under sound teaching from those who have studied the Scripture extensively - and still are learning from it themselves. The consistent handling of understanding Scripture by the Scripture is so vital to being light and grace to my fellow believers as well as those who do not believe. The teachers spoke with care and wisdom into the hot topic button issues of American culture. Thank you for the call to be gracious and seek to walk in love. And to have actions that are an attractive fragrance of the promise of eternal life in Christ, motivated in response to a right comprehension of the Word.

I just finished the New Testament. I’ve read it many times, but this was the best time as I actually went much deeper in my understanding. Every day I do one chapter. I cannot thank you enough for the work you have done to open God’s word to so many!

I did Journey 9 together with my sister and enjoyed every minute of it. I love the share together option. This Journey was a fairly long one but was full of great teachings and wisdom. Thank you for all you do.

Stumbled onto TTW over two years ago. Pastor Kris has sparked new interest in how I interpreted the Bible! His down to earth explanation of the scriptures keeps me coming back for more. His take on a particular chapter sometimes has me peeking at the next one to see what’s coming tomorrow. I’m hooked!

I was in search of an app that could help me understand the historical aspects of the Bible. I used the popular one but felt it fell short as it was more emotionally driven with a sprinkle of Christ, vs actually getting to know His word through and through with a deeper understanding. I appreciate the team at TTW and how they break everything down clearly for their listeners to understand. I used to wonder how does this unknown person relate to the Bible, or about the regions where events happened? I am by no means a Bible scholar, but I felt led to learn more about His word so that I could understand in depth what I was reading daily, instead of having the words wash over me. I can honestly say I know a lot more about the book of Daniel and his prophecies than before when I read it on my own. Pastor Kris and his team have great explanations about the historical, cultural and regional context that makes any listener grasp a deeper meaning of what the verses say. I urge anyone who’s looking to know the Bible beyond a surface level and to know our God more to download this app. It will not disappoint! Thanks so much Pastor Kris for being obedient to God’s plan for your life.

I just finished listening to the Chris Langham interview with the YouVersion representative. It reminds me that I had too found Through The Word on the YouVersion app. It has been a wonderful relationship between the two platforms. I am now well into my third year reading both YouVersion and Through The Word on a daily basis. I make sure that I set aside time to complete home each and every morning and have not missed a single day. They are as much a part of my life as brushing my teeth. I am 77 years old, and I know that I have lived more years than I have left. I know the Lord Jesus Christ is my savior, and I ask him every day to lead me along the path of Righteousness. I get off on the right foot each and every day I reading my Bible apps. Thank you so much for giving me a better understanding of the Lord’s word. It helps me be a better, Christian with a more kind and tender heart.

The words spoken before the reading of God’s word helps to put perspective to what the word says. My little granddaughter and I were talking one time about what happens when we die. She immediately told me that your spirit returns to God. I looked it up in Ephesians 12 and was amazed that a little 8 year old knew the answer. I’ve shared TTW to several friends. They now have access to the Bible as well. Thank you for putting all of this together for us.

About a year ago I suffered a severe vertigo attack and ended up overnight in our local hospital overnight. Subsequently I went through several therapy session with a wonderful Christian therapist. We talked about our faith and he showed me how to download Through the Word. Therapy ended but I stop in to compare our journeys Through the Word. I am so grateful that God put it in my therapists heart to share this with me.

Has given me a better understanding of God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Thank you so much.. Still working on guilt but I know God, Jesus and always the Holy Spirit is with me… feels good to be loved and to say Father, I’ve never used that word before.. I love saying I have a Father.

My name is prisca a member of TTW I have learned to be forgiving, slow to judge and listen carefully to what people tell me... I used to be a very judgemental person but now I know that it's a sin and also makes one feel inferior and so bad ... I thank God for having opened my eyes for me to see his unfailing love towards me and you .thank u God for all the mountains you have moved in my life ...

I was saved a little over five years ago at age 63, and I felt I was way behind my fellow Christians in knowledge of the Word. I was told about the Bible app by my wife, and I read one of the “Bible in a year” plans. I gained knowledge, but I needed more depth. I had seen TTW on the Bible app and began to search it for more substance. Now, four plus years later, I’ve completed reading the Bible, one chapter at a time, as explained in the TTW app. I cannot fully explain how wonderful and informative this journey was! The TTW app has become an integral part of my life. Thank you all for your dedication and hard work, and most of all, thank you for loving God, and loving me enough to share! Blessings to all involved in this most worth project!

I just complete Journey #3 foundations. I have been a believer for over 40 years and have read Genesis, Daniel and Romans previously. Yet, the Lord continues to open my eyes to wondrous things in His word. I found Journey #3 informative, refreshing and inspiring. Thank you Pastor Kris and team for walking with me Through the Word.

One of the key themes I got from this plan is that God loves us and wants us saved. He is still calling us to himself so we won't be destroyed

It has been and eye opener and truly every scripture In tthe old testament has a link with the new testament and all poin ting towards Jesus

I want to thank God for this platform as it has helped me understand what the Bible is about and has help my faith and believe about what Christianity should be about and I earnestly hope and pray that before the end I will experience the supernatural encounter of God of this Bible thank you TTW for making it possible.

Before this app, I had started reading in 1 Samuel. A friend told me about TTW, so I downloaded the app, scrolled through the app and felt the Lord's instruction to do TTW guided bible study of 1 Samuel. I quickly asked my friend who originally told me about TTW to join me. Together we did the entire book, with daily observations. Each of us had words of wisdom to share and we got to know each other more intimately. Both of us loved the study and grew quite a bit. It was a wonderful journey with her and it finished up at a perfect time for us both. We hope to do another study very soon and will encourage other women from our church to join in! Thank you for thus platform as it truly helps us to grow closer to Jesus...TTW!

It has helped me to understand the Bible more & I love this plan it’s amazing & I told some of my daughters & family members about this app 🙏🙌

The context and ability of the different teachers to bring each chapter into play to something I can visualize is just amazing

We are and have been thoroughly enjoying our morning Bible Study with TTW. Today was 2 Corinthians 2 and it was TERRIFIC! It reminded me of a song that my sister and I used to sing.... Jesus Rose of Sharon, bloom within my heart. Beauties of THY TRUTH & HOLINESS impart. That wherever I go my life may shed abroad FRAGRANCE of the knowledge of the LOVE OF GOD. My prayer! Thank you for your wonderful work for the Lord ... good for knowledge, encouragement, growth and correction!

Hello Through the Word team. Like many other people I found you on the You version app. I did the Revelations plan and found myself understanding Revelations for the first time in my life. The way you explain the Bible opens up a whole new way to understand God's character and will for our life and our eternal salvation. I am currently on a journey through your plans and for the first time see the depth of scripture through the way you break it down and explains it. My way of interpreting scripture will never again be an overwhelming experience in ignorance but an exciting journey to get ever closer to Abba Father. Thank you for your hard work and loving hearts.

Just passed 1/2 point of whole Bible journey and have developed an appetite and craving for God’s Word and quality teaching to augment it!

I truly love this application my friend sent it to me and each and every day I listen to a one or two chapters depending on my day and a book in the New Testament and one in the Old Testament. Thank you for developing this app and may God bless you

We are a missionary family in Montenegro (Balkan area in europe)and this app is our daily devotional. Thank you for feeding us spirituality every day.

Chris makes hearing the word fun! My wife and I just finished Acts and Romans and are excited to start another book. Thank you all for this. I’m a Chris, too😊. Chris

This app has truly helped me grow in my relationship with Christ. The studies helped me understand the Bible and helped me understand stories in the Bible even after years of reading. It really helped that you explained the chapter before we read the chapter together. Thank you so much for all of your time and dedication to this app.

I just finished studying Hebrews and I want to thank TTW for their guidance through the chapters. There’s so much to digest in Hebrews and I didn’t know what to focus on. However, TTW’s explanations helped me navigate the book. Once I obtained a nugget of understanding, I was moved to tears! I have a deeper appreciation for Christ. This book is a powerful reminder and encouragement for me to keep the faith and continue to trust in God.

My morning starts with my thankfulness to my Lord and Savior for another day to be used by Him and to get to know Him through the Word. I struggled with just reading until I was in the Bible app and came across your 'Through the Word' devotional, and ever since, I have been blessed by your ministry and how you break down the Bible.

I love this App, it has help me a lot to understand a lot more the word. It helps me to stay focus and I feel like I’m not alone as I read. I have shared this app with friends and I hope that they find it helpful as much as I have. Thank you so much, for creating this app. May God continue to bless your ministry and everything you do to reach more people.

My father introduced me to TTW about a year and a half ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. I was looking for a way to understand the Bible more and went as far to buy a couple different study bibles. I realized I didn’t have much time to sit down and dive into deep study into Gods word as much as I wanted. Also , I have a hard time keeping interest in a traditional book. TTW has become my morning routine with God on my way to work (40 min drive) I have never felt this close to God and I love each and every reader on this app. So entertaining and so uplifting to hear y’all’s voices, every morning, including Gods. Thankyou so much for creating this app Kris and I pray God continues to do great things with you. God bless

This an amazing study of the Bible. I stumbled upon it when looking for a study on Revelations. I then went back to the beginning and am now through the "dreaded" Leviticus! Breaking down Leviticus was so eye opening and gave me a much deeper understanding of the whole Bible and provided context that is lost to our generation.

Just listened to 1 and 2 Peter. It is my first time hearing from the teacher TeDese Ross and I really enjoyed his teaching style! It’s so easy to follow, and is so well rounded. He gives historical context, applications, and works through the entire chapter is such an organized fashion. 5 start for Mr.Ross!

I originally did a study with Through the Word on my Bible app but then found I really learn from the way Kris teaches so I downloaded this app. I started a small group and absolutely love the audio feature! I highly recommend to anyone who is curious about learning what the Holy Bible has to say!!!!!!

Although, I am fairly new to the App. I have been listening to your lessons on the Bible App. for some time now. I enjoy the lessons so much and I have referred several family members and friends to your App since I found it. Thank you so much for taking the time to make the lessons for those of us who need extra help in learning.

I'm currently using ThroughtheWord in conjunction with Youversion but anticipate using your app in the future. The study in Genesis and Exodus have been spectacular and I appreciate the commentary tremendously

I love this app. Instead of listening to corrupting podcasts or immoral movies all day at work, I can be immersed in the glorious word of God. Thank you, Peyton Jones and crew, for helping me in so many ways, the least of which is the insightful commentary. God bless you, everyone!

This app is awesome!! I have been using it now for a few years and tell everyone they should download it. If you're ready to dig in to the Word, the pastors walk you through each and every chapter, explaining the content. When finished with that part of each section, you then listen to the actual scripture. I cannot recommend this app enough nor am I able to thank Kris and the other pastors for their obedience in this enormous task. I am a life that has been changed through your submission.

I LOVE This App!! It's so clear, easy to listen to. They guys are hilarious 😂 and it really helps me to get a deeper understanding of each book of the Bible. Great job! 👑✝️❤️🌎👨‍👩‍👧‍👧🐑☝🏼💪🏾⚓️🪨🏔🏰🛡🗡📖🙏🏻🛐🎶🙌🏼🧂🕯💧🔥🕊

If you want a better understanding of God word, as well as a clear teaching, well this Bible app is for you! Downloaded you will thank me later!

I really enjoyed the teachings. Thank you to Kris and his team for the hard work that has been done and for helping me get a better understanding of the Bible. I just finished up the foundations journey and really appreciated all the teaching but really enjoyed his teachings on the book of Roman’s. It has always been one of my favorites to read I never heard a lot of people get in depth like Kris did. Thank you. God bless

I want to say thank you to all the individuals who make Through The Word ministries possible, and for helping so many build up their Christian faith through this endeavor. Recently, I've been helping a brother in the Lord work through the difficulties in his marriage. I recommended that we utilize Through The Word app as it is instrumental in keeping myself and my brothers in the Lord accountable through the various series and books of the Bible that we have gone through in this app. I thought it best that both my struggling brother in the Lord and I go through the Manhood Talks and especially the series on the Marriage Talks. The series on the Marriage Talks was eye opening in many ways as I was able to better see and understand and appreciate the calling that God has given my wife in my life, better understand the depth and sacredness of the marriage covenant that is made between my wife and I and God, and was reminded of the all-important teachings that God gives to both husband and wife on how to love as God loves us, and be holy as God is Holy. A special thank you to Pastor Kris Langham for his patient and kind teaching throughout the four series of the Marriage Talks. God bless you brother and all who are part of Through The Word ministries!

Journey 6 in Through The Word has been most rewarding for me. Going through the Psalms and Proverbs guided by commentaries from the group of great teachers helped me to focus on the royal law. The Psalms focused my gaze on loving the Lord through obedience to His commands and pursuit of righteousness in and through Christ Jesus; while the Proverbs were a practical guide in building good relationship with my fellow human beings, loving them and training myself to be the best representative of God's image and likeness in my conduct to all around me and in my pathway of life. Thanks Pastor Kris and friends for making the guides quitr lively and captivating. God bless you all.

Hello my name is Theo I have autism being autistic is so difficult and I am having a very hard time reading my bible and sometimes when I ask other Christians for how they don’t wanna help and my mindset is said as a child, my handwriting is as a third grader or a second grader and my reading skills is the second and third grader and I’m having a difficult time understanding the Bible and And I want to thank my friend Nicole. She told me about this App and I started downloading this app today on the same day when she told me about it and now helps me to understand the Bible even more with teachers explaining it to you and bringing it down and summarizes the Bible verses for me thank you guys so much I appreciate it for this app now hopefully I don’t get mad and don’t throw my Bible no more. God bless you guys and have a great day.

I find the teaching provided in this app insightful in understanding the Bible and to strengthen my walk with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit daily!

This app is absolutely brilliant. Some really subs Biblical teaching contained within. The explanations are down to earth and relatable. They do not shy away from the difficult topics. Using this app has really deepened my faith and understanding.

This app is the best way I've found to read the Bible. I've read it at least 4 x's but do you truly understand it? No. With the the prophesies and the rest of the Bible so much is written into it that it's great when you have someone with knowledge explaining book by book of each chapter of the Bible. It makes it clearer. I love TTW!! READ IT EVERY MORNING!! RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE! LOVE YOU TTW??

In my daily reading I had difficulty understanding the book of Isaiah. As I went through reading and also listened to the book and the pastor's explanation the pieces began to fit together!

I’m so grateful for this study in Isaiah. I have read it a few times, but never really understood. The teachings with the Scriptures has given me understanding. Thank you for the help in understanding this Book.
