Wall of Love for TTW

TTW has really been an encouragement for me to be in the Bible every day. I feel my relationship with God has grown deeper because I am connecting with Him every day. I love the journeys! My big aha moment in journey 2 was Revelation 5. I've always been really confused about the book of Revelation, but I feel I have such a better understanding of it now because of the audio. Thank you for all you do TTW!

I love proverbs but reading and listening with others made it even more enjoyable and understandable. I feel like I draw even more from hearing others application in their own lives. Proverbs is relevant in every day life and I feel like it’s a mirror to show me what’s working and what needs to change in my life. Thank you for putting this together, I’m excited to dive into the book of Esther study with through the word next!

I love the book of Daniel! It is definitely a book worth studying. Our Women’s Bible Study group just finished up and TTW app helped me enormously. I suggested it to other members of our study group and they said it was so helpful to them as well. Thank you TTW for your perspective on this book. TTW has brought a new dynamic to my learning and understanding. It brought a more vivid/real perception to the passage. I love the deeper dive and background information that helps bring certain things click, and the light comes on. This plan has shown that even the boring genealogy is significant. I just finished plan 3 and all of the lessons have been interesting and left me wanting to keep going. I have cheated and listened to 3 chapters in one sitting. My kids and I have been listening to TTW for about two years now. It has completely changed our Bible time. We’ve listened to books of the Bible that I’d previously given up on because I didn’t understand what was going on or it honestly just got too boring to stick with. But I LOVE how the audio guides can pull meaning and relevance from even the seemingly obscure chapters. My kids are young, but I know they are listening because they’ve mentioned things that Kris or the other preachers have said. It makes me so happy to hear. Thank you guys for the time each of you puts in to making this available.

I have read through the Bible several times but didn’t really understand what I read at times. This app explains things so well. It isn’t boring or daunting. Highly recommended.

Reading Luke's account oh Christ ministry gathered dropped so many different sources makes it unique and somehow more complete. The various angles and views he shows confirms more than ever by the leaf in Christ resurrection, and that Jesus Christ truly is the savior of the old testament our Savior. It is a wonderful account and perfect for leading into the book of Acts.

Ecclesiastes chapter 12-B side. I always liked ecclesiastics and I have tried to enjoy each day, each season of my life to the fullest. I especially like the B side of chapter 12. Because it explains what each of the figures of speech means. I am at that point in my life that I could be going home any day. I’ve been blessed with 83 years. Thankfully, they have not been wasted years.

I found TTW randomly searching my YouTube and the ad came across I downloaded it and since then I have been consistent in using this app ,it is really amazing and very educational,alot ha happened to me this last few months it seems like my peace has been tempered with ,I overthink a whole lot but listening to God's word and praying to him has changed that and some days the overthinking becomes so bad I end up depressed,sad ready to give up on life and I just cry most times I just want to be happy and feel unbothered but the problem of this world all just seem so much on me right now ,I really hope God heals me ,hears me and answers and just like Esther I one-day will be happy and celebrate because of the great reversal in my life ,just one day I'll smile and say thankyou God for I see your fingerprint and I'll remember this promises and what he lead through and how I survived.

This study has shown me in greater detail how important it is to know how our God reacts to believers when we blow it & to return to Him by committing our hearts & putting Him 1st in ALL things, not just some, but EVERYTHING!! Thank you Pastor Skip & Pastor Kris!!

I absolutely love through the word it has given me the opportunity to know more about God and understanding it, which I would never done if all I read was the Bible. The Through the Word ministry has helped me to understand the Word in a totally new way! I have been a Christian for over 55 years and have finished reading the entire Bible in a year many many times over and have benefitted from good,sound exposition of the scriptures through the churches I was a part of in North India and then in BangalorevSouth India. But this year has been different with TTW! The light thrown on the istory of mankind,God's soveriegnity in the lives of all nations, theprophecies and theTimeline for Israel has put that history into perspective with the present times and thecurrent happenings in Israel! Going throghnGenesis and the Books of the Psalms has given me a new understanding of the history of Israel and God's plans and blessings for her as a nation! Our Messaiah, Jesus of Nazareth is the ultimate plan for the salvation of Israel and my prayers towards that are intensified! I'm looking forward to reading the whole OT ,book by book with the guidance of Kris Lingham , Peyton Jones, Melanie and other valued teachers! May this ministry expand in all the nations of the earth till our Saviour's return! I am almost,79, and a retired person ,living in Bangalore India, and with my limited resources would like to support this ministry ,within my means, and encourage my friends to start the plans of reading through TTW! Here you will find logic and research , interpretations within context, no personal agendas. We have grown enormously through these daily readings . Been four years now and we can’t recommend this app highly enough

I found Through the Word through the Church Planters podcast actually. I had previously listened to the anxiety study that is on the Youversion bible app but didn't realize where it came from until I heard Peyton Jones talk about Kris Langham and his ministry. This caught my attention and immediatly searched for the app. 3 years ago during covid I started listening to the journeys on Through the Word. And have now finished the last one! I loved taking the time to think about each chapter so in depth and I color coded the entire bible in doing so. These studies have lead me to an understanding of the bible i never had before. Particularly the history and the traditions of the Jewish people that I would not have thought to research I found fascinating. I have now moved home and am a young adults leader in our community in northern Manitoba and we have been using Through the Word for some of our bible studies. Our whole group really enjoys hearing the lesson and discussing it afterword. I have also told my sister about it and she has started using it too! Thank you so much to everyone who has put so much time and effort into this project. I have really enjoyed and appreciated it and plan to tell everyone I know about it!

I have to share with you that the anxiety plan #2 has helped me a lot. I went to the hospital for really bad anxiety. I know now that I cannot conquer it on my own. Without therapy, medication, or most of all, GOD. Until I can get to a dr, I have listened to this whole plan every night before I go to sleep. And sometimes I fall asleep to it. THANK YOU, for all you do! The way you explain things after every reading is amazing. Thank you for this app!

TTW helped me be on track with daily devotions. The easy exposition has been amazing. Going through Leviticus with Chris has made me marvel at the work of Christ which is highly foreshadowed in the book. I bless the Lord for his nature that has been brought forward quite greatly. I have shared with my girlfriend the app and the plans we are doing together. It's amazing hearing her great questions on the bible, faith and salvation. It has been an instrumental part in our spiritual growth as lovers.

I really appreciate how Pastor Kris helps. You understand the ins and outs and intricacies of Revelation. Such a in-depth book and so many parallels and picture metaphors. It can be hard to understand without direction.

So glad my buddy at the gym told me about this! My wife and I read the Bible through chronologically in one year, but that basically just amounts to speed reading with no comprehension. I love this app. I use it every day to supplement my personal goal to read the entire Bible. It helps me glean insights from the scripture that I didn’t notice or think about when reading it on my own.

In July I was going through Isaiah when Immanuel, The Mighty Warrior, was taught. Immediately I knew Christmas for me would never be the same. I celebrated Immanuel, God with us, in the nativity. Seeing Jesus as the One fighting for us as a vulnerable infant really demonstrated to me how God’s strength is made perfect in weakness. I shared my learnings with our Advent planning team and we felt God leading us to follow the theme of Immanuel, The Mighty Warrior. We have since, all become increasingly aware of times where He has fought for us. Our hearts are experiencing more gratitude as we recognize Jesus in life’s details.

I really love the explanations of the theme and what is going on in each book of the Bible I have studied the Bible for many years but still gain from this. I have also recommended it to several other people I know who are just starting out studying as it can be confusing until you finally get to that aha moment where it all lines up. I feel there is always something new to gain from the Bible and it is just good to be in his word. As I said I feel this is a great app no matter where you are in your relationship with Christ. I have a hunger for the word I never had before. It's like going from eating to stay alive to discovering flavor and wanting to devour the word. I praise God for this app.

It has made the Bible more alive! It helps give insight into the Word and the people of the Word, especially through the pairing of a commentary with the Word. I first learned about through the word through the you Vision app in the winter of 2024. From the get-go, I knew I had found a site that wood inspire me to listen with a daily commitment. At 73 I wish that I could have heard someone in the church or in my life speak the truth the way these teachers do. I honestly believe it would’ve prevented me from making a lot of wrong choices when I was younger. I was a Christian in name only until I was 33 years old. Unfortunately, even at that point in my life, very few people spoke this kind of truth into me. I started a Bible study with my niece, who has never read the Bible. Using this app I am able to help her learn God's Word. As a result, she looks forward to her Bible reading and is sharing it with others. This is an answer to prayers for her.

I became a Christian at a young age but one thing I always struggled with was Bible reading. My physical therapist introduced me to Through the Word. I started listening to the guides and now I've completely finished the Old Testament and a large portion of the New Testament. I'm almost finished with the book of James now. Am looking forward to being able to say I actually made it through the whole Bible for the first time. Thank you Through the Word!

One specific way that Through The Word has been a blessing in our lives is that after my daughter had went away to college, we could continue to speak into each other‘s lives and hear each other‘s voices in comments of encouragement and learning through daily Bible study. I raised my daughter, going to church her entire youth, but she really started to grow in her faith late in her senior year in high school and through the summer leading up to college. It was exciting for her to go off to school, but I still really wanted to be part of her growth and have opportunities to speak into her life. There’s something beautiful about hearing the voice of your loved one, not just reading a text, and the app has been an amazing platform for that to happen. Thank you Through The Word for supporting continued connection on a regular basis with our family, even at a distance. Reading the book of Isaiah TTW Gaga Ve me insight into the nature of God, the need for repentance and the hope for salvation through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The message is not for Israel and Judah alone. It’s for the whole world.

Through the word has really held me accountable to seek God daily. I still have struggles but I'm fighting a little more. It has definitely refreshed my memory and I'm thankful for that. Hello, I just finished the book of Acts. Several days ago The Lord kept giving me the word AUTHORITY. Over and over again. I prayed to God that he reveal what he meant. Then, one day I opened up the app and the book of Acts was on my chosen book to be read. Even though I didn't select it. The Book of Acts speaks alot about God given Spiritual Authority. Then I understand what God was telling me. We need to start using our God given Spiritual Authority. I have been searching for books written about Spiritual Authority, but I don't know which authors are trustworthy on the subject. I've asked a few pastors and non given me an answer yet. I was wondering if you, could recommend some good trustworthy authors and then I could see if they've written any books on it. I thank you all for everything you do. I love being able to read along with the written word. It really starts my day off right with Through the Word. I love this app!

I am still making baby steps in my walk with God. I have some wonderful support around me. But the one thing I was really struggling with was actually reading the Bible. Even now and then I would pick it up and try to connect. But I couldn't. I then God lead me to TTW. It has changed my life. It's like going to church every day. Dream about alligators eating children I had a dream that alligators invading our neighborhood. I remember they were eating all the kids. We were still running away and evading them by jumping out of our bedroom windows and then running back in the house. The next morning I told my husband about my dream and he mentioned that it sounded like the story of Moses when the pharaoh ordered that all the kids be killed to manage population of Egypt. I took this as a sign to start a specific Bible plan of Exodus. 🙏❤️🕊️ This dream came about the time that I returned with my faith in Jesus. I had never seen the movie Prince of Egypt, and since I was reading Exodus I decided to finally watch this movie with my husband who loves this movie. In the movie, there is a scene that depicts a mural of alligators eating children in the river. I KNOW God had me dream this dream because He knew I would tell my husband and he would recognize this as the story of Moses based on how I described it. This journey has allowed me to crave God’s word, grow closer to God, recognize a lot of foreshadowing of Jesus’ first coming, and most importantly, see the world and all the things in my life through a biblical lens. It is the beginning of having an ability to know from good and evil, and discern what is of God and what is not. As I was approaching the last of Exodus part 3, I was wondering what plan I should do next. I want to stick with TTW. I keep getting notifications about Advent with Luke, and it just so happens that the last daily of Exodus part 3 podcast started with recommending this plan in time for Christmas. I could have been listening to this any time of the year, yet here we are a week before Thanksgiving. I think I’ll take this as a guide to go to that plan next as I am EXCITED to celebrate the first coming of Jesus. TTW helped me grow in wanting to read the Word, and my life is now changed. Praise God for the work that TTW is doing for us!

TTW has helped me in my growth in my faith and relationships with the Lord. It has opened my understanding of things I didn't quit understanding what some scriptures meant and so different views on some i thought I understood
