This study has reinforced how very important it is to keep our hearts & our minds focused on God Almighty & to listen, obey & trust solely in Him!

2 Corinthians is one of my favourite books in the bible and Pastor Kris did it justice in his interpretation for those of us younger in faith (if older in years). Thank you Pastor Kris, especially for the final chapter. I am so grateful for Through The Word, it has touched my heart and helped me to grow in faith, understanding and prayer. Every time I finish a book or plan I have felt it’s been my favourite so far! I look forward to starting a new book on Monday, as I continue a year through the bible from a different perspective. I love that Jesus came knocking at my door when I wasn’t looking, I cannot imagine life without the gospel and the Holy Spirit’s direction in my life. Keep up the good work TTW team!

The book of Peter has opened my eyes to truths that I struggled with. Thank you so much for the lessons taught here. May God richly bless you and your families to keep teaching the word to the world. Amen.

Since I started using Through The Word, I actually look forward to getting in to my Bible every day. I love the audio guide because it helps me to immediately understand what I am reading, and I am truly learning a LOT! It helps you understand more. The app don't just read you the Bible but it gives to example stories as well as break down what the chapter is going to be abouut.

The teaching of Paul's letter to Timothy has opened my eyes on how God's Word could be misinterpreted when read at face value. Thank you for enlightening me.

I read the Bible every day and I found myself falling asleep as I read. I searched for Bible app to help me stay focused and interested while actually understanding what I was reading. This plan gave me a much better understanding of Revelation. Granted I still don’t understand it all. However I understand it much better. I plan to listen again one day to understand it even more

This Journey study was inspiring. I was not as devoted to reading the Bible when my children were younger. Our son's were baptized and excepted Jesus, when they were preteen. But, neither follow Him. I can see that my limited knowledge of the Bible and Proverbs effected how my sons grew up. If I had learned or put more effort into understanding God's word, They would have been more receptive of life challenges. I and my husband, see in them a glimmer of hope. We will not give up on them. By God's grace they can be brought back into the Lord's family. In Jesus name, this a pray. Amen Thank you TTW for your devoted and spiritual teachings.

In my deepest depression, actually for my whole life, being in the Word has always been a challenge. I know I need to study I’m more depth (and I will), but TTW makes it so I can at least create a daily habit where I’m at. Saw TMT while starting with J1 and was intrigued. Through a near death bed confession with my mom, I didn’t discover he was saved until after he died. He was never — from his upbringing —COULD never be the mouth of Jesus (evangelism, teaching) it’s clear through his work ethic that he was always His hands and feet! He did the best he could, but because of his parent’s example, he showed us how to be men there wasn’t much in the way of relational interaction. If TMT can teach this 56yo how to be a better (hu)man, it can reach everyone! I tell anyone who slows down enough about TTW. Specifically, my church’s men’s discipleship group meeting meets twice a month and usually uses MacArthur book studies (currently in Genesis). Explained how TTW can be added as more of a telescopic look while MacArthur as a microscope. Do TTW week 1, be able to create the group so the men can check in while having the the full 2 wks to read and study with MacArthur. PLUS, we never have to sound ridiculous trying to pronounce those names!!! NOTE: my profile pic is in solidarity with my older brother who is battling pancreatic cancer. PRAY the Lord draw him ever closer!!!

In 2019 my daughter & her husband moved in with us until they could find jobs and a place to live. My daughter listened to TTW and shared it with me. I’ve always struggled with daily devotional time. I began using TTW and I love it. I use it every day. Some of my grandkids now have phones. We began a family group chat to help keep everyone informed on what’s happening in our lives. Two years ago I began sending a “verse of the week” every Monday to the group chat. Many times I share what I learned on TTW. My daughter (who was living with us has since moved into their own home) also shares what she’s learned on TTW. Now 2 of my granddaughters are using TTW as their daily devotional. That’s three generations! God is using you greatly! Thank you

TTW is really a word companion. The narration before the chapters helps me go though the verse with context. I found it very useful and helpful.

TTW is a wonderful app for those who want to know more about God. I hunger and thirst for God's Word every day. I look forward to learning more because the pastors help us understand each chapter of the Bible. They share their wisdom and knowledge with all of us.

The Lent Journey has touched my heart more ways than one. Because of this plan, I was able to finish one of the Gospels for the 1st time ever and that really got to me I got to see Jesus through John's lens and got a deeper understanding as to what genuine love (agape) is Thank you so much TTW for this plan and for the consistent effort in helping everyone keep and cultivate a Bible habit. I've loved this plan so much because it has taught me about God's plan for humankind and has shown me that all the events through history are not by mistake but they are very intentional plans of God for the human race to be saved by grace through Jesus Christ 💞

I personally love the way God uses through the word to teach me something new everyday. I enjoy coming to it daily to listen and learn. I have picked up a few things to note in the book of Colossian I just completed that we should be graceful in our speech and be awesome just like Jesus. Good morning just want to say thank you for through the word app it has really been a blessing to me and my family thank you

I discovered this app some years ago and it’s changed the way I can study and learn the scripture. I have been able to share it with many people who struggle with reading the Bible or knowing what to study. I can’t imagine what it’s like to have a child, no matter the age, go through cancer. Know your family is being prayed for…I grew up in an extremely legalistic environment and have spent much of my adult life relearning the gospel and at times learning it or hearing it for the first time. I’m almost 50 and your study on Daniel and Revelation was absolutely amazing. I have used it in so many ways in my life and others. For the first time, I clearly understood how well the OT and NT complimented each other. I know that may sound odd, but growing up in the 70’s-80’s it was like they were different “stories” and “God’s”. You helped tie it together and gave a clear understanding of the intention of Revelations. It was no longer a mysterious and scary book you only talked about in dark corners of the church. Like it was something out “This Present Darkness”. It was now a bright and shining book of hope and love. I personally would love to have more studies on science and the Bible because this world is quickly heading that direction and it feels like even Christians are putting aside wisdom and discernment for belief in “science”. I have recently come across more Christians that get caught up in details that don’t matter, at least in my opinion, because they aren’t real matters of the heart. However, having some logical answers or guidance would help in muting some of those loud arguments. I tend to remind them the Bible clearly states there or things we will never know or understand and Jesus clearly stated we will not know here in this life. Another lesson I learned from your study of Daniel and Revelation. Anyhow, I have been able to return to a regular time in the morning with our Lord, not as a way to check off a box on my list, but out of desire and a growing love and interest in His plan for my life and how I can impact my kids, grandkids, and those that walk into my business each day.

TTW has helped me to study and understand the Bible better.The books of Mark and Colossians offered me profound spiritual benefits that nurtures my faith and deepen understanding of Christ's identity and shapes me to live as a Christian. I'm encouraged to surrender and faithfully follow Christ through sacrifice and service. Thanks Kris.

Interesting to learn that in the midst of evil world and crooked leadership God still cares about His people and raises up prophets who speak His oracles and helps people to turn people back to God.

During the years of Covid I found that I wanted to have a closer relationship with God to understand what the world was going through. The TTW app helped me immensely to grow and understanding of God and what he wants from me. through the knowledge I gained, I was able to help others find their way to God, most notably, my wife. Using the app daily helped us go through so many key moments in our marriage thus far. I cannot wait to go through each plan as I have just completed journey number two.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have come across TTW. A very interesting way of following the bible as a book, excellent presentation with real life funny examples too. The app is great. The Pastors help you understand what the Bible is saying.. Kris Lingham cracks me up sometimes what he says. He doesn't joke about the Bible, but he jokes about regular life. I love the Bible. I won't stop listening to TTW. I have listened and read the Bible over and over and the person just can't drink it all in at one time. I have been going through all the marriage journeys together with a young engaged woman. Wow! It has been an incredibly powerful tool for her. Being married almost 40 years and desiring to be happily married; not just grow old together, has garnered some insight, mistakes and glorious redemption (rinse and repeat in marriage!) that my young friend has forever captured on audio recording. The audio guides are some of the best at tackling scripture that has been misinterpreted and utilized inappropriately in the church. Well done friends!

Well, TTW is giving me a better understanding of the gospel, whether Old Testament or New Testament. I still have a lot to learn, but with the Holy Spirit's guidance and patience, I will continue my journey with Christ.

A friend of mine told told me she came across TTW that I should look it up. She said it was a great Bible app so I decide to look up TTW it is a wonderful Bible app. I enjoyed going through it and I would pick out the The chapters that I like to read, especially Ecclesiastes and the New Testament and I especially love the B side of the lesson spoken by the teachers it’s a wonderful blessing to hear more teaching of the Bible scriptures. I love the commentary and the book of Ecclesiastes. Kris has done a wonderful job and commenting on the meaning of this particular book. For me, I am turning 65 and am in my gunlap, the final lap. Bottom line is I do not want to waste the years that I have left as my body is still in good shape. I want to love and help others while I have time and strength to do such. Fear God and obey His commands!

The journey through the 41 chapters of the book of psalms using TTW app with teaching and insight has significantly improved my relationship with God expecially connecting with David's relational experience with God It has added value to my daily devotional and private. How I came across Through the Word In the mornings I get up and feed our Dog (named Happy) then sit on the porch with him for some Happy time throwing the ball for him and playing a couple of games on my phone. While I was playing a game one morning a message popped up saying “God wants to talk to you, he hasn't heard from you in a while” and you know that's the only time I have seen that message pop up - usually you get inundated with them?? Got me thinking - best get into reading my bible again, then thinking well I tend to get lost doing that and not really understanding what I've read. So I went looking on my phone and found You version and started listening to that which ended up leading me to "Through the Word". Currently on my third journey and am really enjoying the explanations and gaining a better understanding of what God has been doing but you know what - I think I still need to talk to God. Not just to ask for some guidance when needed or help to find something I lost but just to have a chat. I think he's still waiting on a question he posed to me some time ago, I had been listening & singing along with some Christian music while working in my shed and went for a bit of a walk out in the yard and plain as day he said - "what's your song to me?" there are songs I like a lot and enjoy Christmas Carols but they're not "my" song, got me thinking of David and how he expressed his love for God, still pondering how to express that?

When I heard this through the eyes of Kris it was like being there with Jesus, also this narration clarified a lot of my wonders. But what stood with me and it will stay with me for ever was when he said than who you believe about who someone is tells you a lot about your relationship with this person so who is Jesus to you. Off powerful becuse it moved my floor.

TTW - Kris, we wanted to take a moment to encourage and thank you for your ministry in TTW. We are full-time Evangelical Christian missionaries in Central Utah, focusing on those impacted by Mormonism. My husband and I have been given the task of training and mentoring the interns that come to serve in our ministry by training them in sharing their faith, apologetics, evangelism, philosophy, worldview, etc. Therefore, we decided to dig into the source God’s word. We started in the Gospels, Acts, James, Ecclesiastes, Titus, and now Colossians. We hear every day, "It’s all about Jesus!" but the fact of the matter is that the LDS have God all wrong; therefore, they have Jesus all wrong! Thank you for saying that. Science and the Bible touched me in a most powerful way especially Ecclesiastes 3 most of it was aimed straight at me.

TTW has helped me to read the word of God in a daily basis making to add more knowledge & inspired by the Holy Spirit through prayer. The basic thing Faith in which God also be pleased has touched my life. Faith that God exists, that he loved us by giving his only begotten Son Jesus Christ to die for us instead to pay the price of sin, that he raised him from dead so that we can also be raised by faith to live a rightous life, that he is resurrected for the hope that he will take us to live with him forever. The way TTW prepared in an organized way of order is helping me to share with others & tell the good news to those who've not heard and in the wrong direction. The explanations through the scriptures gave me a better understanding of the text that I read. It also connected the Old and New Testament and gave relevant examples about situations in today' s life. I loved the explanations of who Jesus is, who Iam in Him and the examples if how He walked an example of life that we need to follow. Everyday becoming like Him as we live out our daily walk in Him. At the start I shared to my household about the wonderful ful App I found. I showed it to them and explained a but how I use it. For now Iam still getting to know more of what is available through the App .

I’ve been a believer my whole life and at 49 realized- I’ve never read the entirety of the New Testament or Th e Bible! I had a lot of false starts. TTW has helped me stay the course because it’s one chapter at a time with someone to explain it to me! I have read at least 5 books now and I’m going to keep going. I’m especially excited for revelations because that’s so confusing. I’m very thankful to have discovered this resource!

this is a comment regarding your three episodes of side B for the first Timothy chapter 2 passage about a woman’s place in the church. I want to say a great big thank you to the TTW leadership team for tackling such a difficult passage and providing so many resources to understand it better. I have been greatly helped by the idea of using content, context, and cross-referencing to understand this and any passage. Thank you for your godly leadership. This is actually the second time I have gone through all of the B sides of first Timothy 2 because they have been so helpful.

Through The Word has been inspirational to me. Jesus came knocking on my door 2 years ago and TTW about a year later. From plan 1, 2 & 3 to following through the chapter of the day since the book of Luke in Dec 24 I have learned so much and had my mind, eyes and heart opened. I have loved travelling through Ecclesiasties (July ‘25) and in particular how Kris has finished chapter 12. I have been housebound and largely bedridden for several years due to chronic illness, My body is weak but my fire for life and the gospel is strong. I think my favourite books chapter by chapter so far have been Acts and Daniel but there’s so much to gain I can’t wait for Paul’s letters to the Corinthians to be a global experience, especially 2 Corinthians which I’m starting myself as it’s one of my favourite books, 2 Chorinthians 4:16-18 was part of my conversion story and I was delighted to hear it referenced in Ecclesiasties 12. Thank you, Kris and team.

Thanks Chris for narrating the Book of Ecclesiastes. I got and continue to get very important lessons in all. As a soon- to- be 66 year old, my flame is still burning bright however, as King Solomon has noted my hearing, eye sight, and other physical attributes have started to wain. Thanks again for giving me an insight into what is left in this lifetime and as Jim Morrison noted the glory on “the other side”.

I listen to one chapter a day. I feel lost sometimes when I wake up because of all the things that have happened in my life but most of all not being raised in a Christian home. I don’t blame my mom or Dad I was burned at age 5 and went through a lot of bad things in life. I was saved out of a bar and was so high on God and the word but lost my way and went through to marriage and did a lot of bad things. I found God helped me find my way back by never giving up on me and finally listening to through the word and not being condemned by the word did you use? I am so thankful I believe in God and can know that I am saved. Thank you for through the word listen through the word every morning before I go upstairs and take care of kids thank you I love the word and you guys are doing a great job. Praise the Lord for people like you in Jesus name I wanna say thank you for keeping up the good work.

My husband Mike and I have enjoyed sharing this teaching together with you. I just finished the study on Ecclisiastes. I finally understood some of the philosophy things I had never gotten straight in college. And I realized that I didn't get them because they ignored God, and I wanted Him to be in it all the way.
