This was a great plan and really helped me connect to lent in a way that I have never done before ina lol my 46 years. I love the lay out of the program how it teaches you the meaning and origin and stories behind the text and then followed by reading the actual scripture. I listened each morning and it was such a great way to ground me throughout the day, helping me remember that God and God's word are with me guiding me and absolutely holds true today just as it did in biblical times. This is the first time I have used through the word but I think it will become a daily practice of mine. I finished the “lent program“ yesterday and found it very rewarding. It encouraged me to stop and reflect on the meaning of lent and there were some important lessons along the way. I've heard them before but was not sure of the message. Now I understand and I'm so thankful. I also loved how Kris broke down Psalm 22. The pain David must of been feeling when he wrote that Psalm. So I said in 2026, I wanted to get into my word more so I decided to start TTW. I started one plan but I wasn’t consistent. I said I am going to start the Lent Plan and commit to getting it done. During the beginning of the plan, I did not have a car and I was driving my boyfriend car due to losing my car due to a car accident. In the end of February, I purchased a car. I had a job interview in March and I was offered a job and I accepted. Now I start my new job on April 6. So while reading this lent plan, I listened to the word everyday and trusting his plans and his Word and he has not and did not disappoint me!! I am grateful and I will continue to allow him to prepare me and provide for me and my family even when I don’t know what to do

As I've read through the Bible over the years, I viewed Numbers as purely history, a list of facts. This TTW guide has forever changed that. As I went through Matthew, I was moved by how each chapter took me deeper into the journey of Jesus. The questions disturbed me, made me stop and think, and encouraged me to enter into the journey. Job says in his book, 'At the end, I heard of Him, now I see Him.' That’s how I feel; I needed to see Jesus afresh, be challenged by Him, and in the meeting, know I was loved. It has been disturbing, but something has happened to me inside. Thank you to all who took me on this journey.

I have always had difficulty staying focused when reading God's word. I have never been able to read through the bible. I am the type of person that can read a chapter, stop and realize I have no idea what I just read. Now with TTW I look forward to first listening to the guide for key points & insights (and yes I even love some Kris humour). I then read the bible chapter watching for those keys points and insights. I then go a step further and make my own notes on each chapter. It has helped me so much in staying focused and has also vastly helped my retention. My goal of reading the entire bible is now much more achievable even though it will take me twice as long to do so using this method. Thank you Kris and TTW!

I just finished the book of Numbers. I have learned so much! I was determined to start at Genesis and now with Numbers I have completed four books of the Pentateuch. The commentary through these books has been so enlightening to me. I’m 87 years old and taught the Bible for years, but never made the connections to Jesus as did this journey! I look forward each day to a new chapter…thank you for providing such wonderful insights.
