From India to Singapore to South Africa: clarity at every step

I've contacted Marie on a number of occasions for different reasons. During my last experience abroad, when I was on a local + contract (local with a few advantages, such as one return to France per year), Marie helped me with "net to net comparisons" to really understand the evolution of my standard of living according to the countries I was considering (India vs. France, India vs. Singapore), so that I could make the right decisions without feeling like I'd been cheated, as I'd experienced with the change between my first two countries. Later on, Marie helped me with another project, where my current employer and I had planned a three-month assignment in South Africa, but we were stuck on the legal provisions to be respected, since no agreement existed between France & South Africa, so international labor law applied, which was not the expertise of the local HR teams. Marie was able to explain to us the sticking points, and the options we had & was able to suggest avenues that were not part of the first options considered. Unfortunately, this project did not see the light of day due to the administrative work required for this project, but thanks to Marie, all options were studied before closing the project.
