We wanted to second one of our Personal Care lab managers to South African region: the best candidate was our French lab manager and when we consulted some external HR the only answer was negative without much explanation. I am glad that we were able to find Marie; she provided not only further explanation but also possibilities around it to help us finding the best solution. At least following Marie’s involvement, we were able to calculate the cost of each solution and take the appropriate course of action.
