Having videos get auto transcribed is a high-demanding feature since almost day one of launching Testimonial.to. That day is finally here!
Testimonial now supports the video subtitle! Hooray 🎉🎉🎉
After a video testimonial is submitted, it will be transcribed in an asynchronous way. The language is determined by the space language.
We support 6 languages: English, Spanish, German, Dutch, and French (more coming soon!)
For those old video testimonials whose subtitles are not available, you can manually generate it.
After clicking the Subtitles icon, you should see a popup modal like below:
Just click Generate subtitles button, and we will start transcribing the video in the background. The process normally takes just 1-2 minutes, so please be a bit patient 🙏
Even though we use the most accurate speech recognition tech on the market, the subtitle may still have some stupid errors 😅
But don't worry, you can fix any errors or add additional text to the subtitle in our editor.
After the subtitle is ready, click the Subtitles icon again, you should see the editor that shows the subtitle. Fix anything that is necessary, then click Publish changes button to make the new subtitle reflected on the video.
With this subtitle feature, your video testimonials are also accessible to people who have some hearing issues. ✌️
