Used 100's of Weinteks. Really like them a lot. Only a couple of times with Rockell, but that went fine. Import all tags directly to Weintek from Rockwell file is big time saver. A few points about weintek- all units I have put out there since 2005 have had a forward migration path. Sometimes requires a little manual intervention, but always allows a way to use newer products. They have a headless unit for use with external hdmi touchscreens (Hope Industrial or Elo). I use that with systems going into harsh environments. Easier to replace a dumb screen than the entire HMI

I love their graphics! Used minimal but seen great things done with them. They work just fine, no issues.

We have those on some of our machines. Haven't had any issues with them in over 10 years. Rugged, dependable.

It's a good product. Relatively affordable, powerful, and easy to use. We prefer them over Omron or AB screens because of cost and availability

I absolutely love them. They work better with AB PLCs than Panelviews do. Easybuilder Pro can read tags from an L5x file, and even read tags directly from a connected PLC.

Used their cMTx series several times with AB PLCs and have never had any issues. I actually prefer them over AB HMIs. They have a lot of functionality and are pretty easy to set up. Just export your tags from Studio 5000 and import them as a csv into EasyBuilder Pro.

Weintek is one of the biggest HMI manufacturers for a reason. For really harsh environments I use ESA, but everywere else I like Weintek very much.

I've used Idec, Schneider and Beijer in the past, but I do like EasyBuilder. I even wrote myself a macro to change the security level/logon based on an event, which was actually remarkably easy. As with any software there is always a learning curve, but the more I use it the more I like it.

Never heard or worked with the Kinco/Samkoon but have used a few Weinteks. Never had a failure so far and the price is just right.

Seem to be pretty good in the quality department, and the software (Easybuilder) is completely free, you don't even have to enter an email. Our customers like them because their controls guys can grab the software and make any changes that need to be made down the line, and I like them because they have an extensive free manual. My managers like them because apparently they cost a lot less too.
