Few screen shots of a Weintek cmtx HMI I have just done to replace an old schneider HMI that had lost its touch. also went from Modbus RS485 to TCP/IP. A much cleaner layout then before and even put together a small user manual, which I will put on the HMI using the bult-in pdf viewer. #Weintek

šŸ”§ From Semi-Automatic to Fully Automated – Feed Production System Upgrade Proud to share a recent project delivered by our team in an animal feed production facility (poultry, cattle, and goat nutrition lines). The objective was clear: Replace an unstable and faulty control system with a reliable, precise, and fully automated solution. The existing process was running in semi-automatic mode with recurring dosing inaccuracies from multiple silos and limited diagnostic visibility. This was directly impacting efficiency and maintenance response time. Our approach focused on: ā–Ŗ Rebuilding the entire control logic on a Siemens S7-1200 PLC ā–Ŗ Developing a structured and intuitive interface using a Weintek HMI ā–Ŗ Converting the system from semi-automatic to fully automatic operation ā–Ŗ Improving dosing precision to near-optimal accuracy ā–Ŗ Implementing clear alarm handling and diagnostic feedback for faster troubleshooting The result: āœ” Smoother production cycles āœ” Significantly improved dosing precision āœ” Better operator visibility āœ” Faster maintenance intervention āœ” A more reliable and scalable system Projects like this highlight how structured automation and well-designed control philosophy can transform performance Proud to be part of a team that focuses on reliability, precision, and continuous improvement.

We successfully automated a Flexo Printing Machine by synchronizing its rollers and integrating all I/O signals. Both analog signals (such as speed) and sensor-based counting were connected and displayed on the HMI. The project was implemented using a Mitsubishi PLC and a Weintek HMI, ensuring smooth operation and real-time monitoring.

Turning automation challenges into seamless integration – in just 30 minutes. āš™ļøšŸš€ Ever faced an automation system that just isn’t delivering? Watch this quick demo where I take a PLC from another automation provider—struggling with performance issues—and transform it into a fully functional, high-performance system in just 30 minutes. What I integrated into the Weintek HMI: āœ… Manual/Auto mode āœ… Fault history tracking āœ… Emergency stop localization āœ… Speed adjustments āœ… Box counting āœ… Performance Dashboards No overcomplication. No delays. Just smart, efficient solutions that deliver immediate value.

Nice week on site. Removal of an old failed control system. New system installed and commissioned successfully. Another happy customer. Tricky bit fitting everything in the same size footprint. Easy šŸ‘Œ HMI and PLC programmed to keep control and upfront control similar to original for a smooth transition and ease of use for the operators.

Recently I had the opportunity to work on a project at Vides AcmhainnĆ Centrs. The task was to ensure real-time visibility of shredder operation and achieve greater energy efficiency and productivity. With the new HMI panel, operators can now: ā–Ŗļøsee shredder performance in different modes, ā–Ŗļøanalyze how much time the machine has been running under load, idling, or in downtime, ā–Ŗļømonitor key parameters such as oil temperature, hydraulic pressure, and other machine data. The result – a clear overview of where energy is used effectively and where it is wasted, helping to improve both efficiency and productivity. Another HMI Replacement. I recently did another AB Panel View replacement. I tried to replace the internal battery like the error suggested but did not work. This HMI had been greatly modified from the original so it was not in my data base. Using another press program and buying some software was able to extract the tag information needed. Diversified can now replace any older HMI's like the one in the picture or any other outdate ones no longer supported by Allen Bradley. This has the potential for us to grow into almost any industry using Allen Bradley products. Got lucky on this one but if I have the original file can extract tag information for the new Weintek HMI Diversified uses.
