The Weintek HMI/Scada units are awesome. The Weintek units out of the box out perform and out "Feature" all others. The EBPro software is free. SQL, OPC-UA, MQTT are built in with Internal scripting, and JavaScript. The HMIs can be linked to each other to allow updates as well as programmatic recipe/SQL/DB updates across all units on the network. Plus Weintek has moved on from the 1980's graphic images everyone else is using. There is much, much, more. Give them a try you will be happy you did.

I really like Weintek's products, cost benefit, high technology and secrets that I have unraveled that not even the tutorials explain that it is possible. CMT Line: Remote Access, Web Page, with native MQTT talking directly to AWS, AZURE, serves as supervisory. G01 this gateway is fantastic: it serves for any integrated modbus server PLC, native MQTT and OPC UA with 15 thousand tags without licensing, very easy integration with SCADA, talks with SQL server database, and My SQL, and the best thing is that it creates the tables without you having to configure anything, just the communication, it can simulate OFF LINE that EBPRO simulates as a physical hmi interface. FHDX 820: serves as mini SCADA without the use of an industrial PC, perhaps the only difference is that it does not have a Java script, but it has a macro that solves a lot, animations, alarms, events, recipes, it even triggers the PLC of different machines and without paying a license. EASYACCESS 2.0: remote access works miracles, it is possible to access the entire network and not just the HMI in question, firewall does not exist for it. WEINCLOUD.NET: Low-cost web SCADA creation per tag And the possibility of the entire CMT line becoming PLC codesys by activating license, very low cost.

🚀 Excited to share one of my recent automation projects! I successfully automated a Liquid Filling and Cap Sealing Machine using a Fatek PLC and Weintek HMI. Additionally, I wrote a custom macro in Weintek HMI to integrate with the BC105 Thermal Printer, enabling automatic printing of batch parameters. 📄 Now, whenever a batch is completed, operators can simply press a button on the HMI and the machine will instantly print the parameters. ✅ This ensures complete transparency – eliminating any possibility of manipulation. ✅ Operators and management can instantly verify whether the batch meets requirements or if there are any shortcomings according to the machine’s performance. 💡 The most rewarding part? I was able to deliver this entire project within just 2 days– meeting both the technical and time-sensitive demands of the client. This project was developed for a pharmaceutical company, where reliability, accuracy, and compliance are absolutely critical.

Weintek HMIs have some really powerful features - I've used the macro functionality before but I just started messing around with the Java Script Object. It's designed for completely custom graphics which I love since most HMIs built in objects aren't the best... Proud to share my recent project, developed for a Weintek HMI screen using EasyBuilder software, during my internship at Atlas Engineering Ltd. 🚀 As part of my time at the DID Plant—where high-precision motorcycle chain components are manufactured—I designed and implemented a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) system to streamline production data handling and performance monitoring. 🔹 Project Goal To simplify daily production data entry, automate dispatch and target tracking, and provide real-time performance insights through an interactive dashboard—helping operators and supervisors make faster, data-driven decisions. 🔹 System Overview The HMI was built with three main interfaces: 1️⃣ Home Page – Company branding with real-time clock 2️⃣ Daily Production Table – Manual input for part-wise data (Inner Plate, Outer Plate, Pin, Bush, Roller), categorized by product models (CD-70, CG-125, CAM 25) and departments (OEM/SPD) 3️⃣ Production Dashboard – Visuals and records including: Monthly target vs achieved Daily dispatch summary Yearly log (Jan–Dec) Pie charts for progress visualization Functional controls for refresh, calculations, and logging 🔹 Automation via Macros ✅ Auto-calculation of total dispatch ✅ Target progress tracking ✅ Dynamic pie chart updates ✅ Monthly-to-yearly data logging 🔹 Key Impact This system enhanced operator efficiency, ensured accurate production records, and introduced real-time visibility into daily operations—bridging the gap between raw data and actionable insights.
