We installed and commissioned a flame modulation temperature control system in bakery ovens.
The system consists of a Fatek PLC, Weintek HMI interface and drivers for stepper motors, which operate the air intake flaps, allowing fine and efficient temperature control.
The work was carried out on a non-working day so as not to interrupt production.
Automating is also understanding when and how to intervene without slowing down the operation.
