How to reset your password

Forgot your password? Request a reset link from the sign-in page and set a new one.

If you are signed out and cannot remember your password, request a reset link from the sign-in page. If you are signed in and only want a new password, see How to change your password.

Reset your password

  1. Go to the sign-in page and click Forgot Password? under the password field.

  2. Enter the email address you sign in with and click Reset Password.

  3. Open the reset email and click the link in it.

  4. Enter your new password and save it.

  5. Return to the sign-in page and sign in with your email and the new password.

You can also open the reset page directly at testimonial.to/reset-password.

Note: The page always says the link was sent, even when no account uses that email. This stops the form from revealing which emails have accounts. If no email arrives, see the next section.

Didn't get the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure you entered the email you sign in to Testimonial with. If you use more than one address, try the others.

  • Wait a few minutes, then request a new link. Use the link in the most recent email.

  • If the link says it has expired or has already been used, request a new one.

Signed up with Google?

If you created your account with Sign in with Google, you do not have a password to reset. Click Sign in with Google on the sign-in page instead.

Once you are signed in, you can add a password under Settings → Sign-in Methods.

Two-factor authentication

Resetting your password does not turn off two-factor authentication. After you sign in with the new password, you are still asked for your verification code. See Use two-factor authentication to protect your account.
